If you're not a Manatee County resident, they won't even let you register anything. They say it's listed on the website, but I didn't see it anywhere, not online or on the intercom. If you don't have an appointment, they send you to another tag agency where the AC doesn't work and the staff has an attitude. Honestly, it feels like only the upper class or certain people are welcome here. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Two years please, she charged me, went to the counter behind her and appeared with a brand new plate and even put the new sticker on the tag for me. Thank you and have a nice day. I took a moment to reflect on my good fortune, took some pictures and was back in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Most people were given numbers to wait and be called for service.
