Disappointed, as I have read such rave reviews about this travel agency. I sent an inquiry via…read moretheir online mailbox a while back, but haven't gotten a response. I imagine they are too busy for a new customer.

There was zero follow through, no clear communication and horrible..I mean horrible customer service. When you use a travel agency, you expect them to take care of the details, to have your best interest at the top of their list. We literally had to chase our travel agent Andrea down at every turn to get information out of her. She was never available for a telephone call and used her personal life as excuses to why she couldn't have a call or two with us. Also saying that she has 300 or something clients. Like that is our fault why she can't gove us great service. There was a whole bunch of mumbo jumbo from this agency in regards fo our cruise. They told us a bunch of hog wash as we spoke with the Celebrity cruise representative on the ship. They told we'd be on a priority list to bid for an upgraded room. However, when we arrived on the ship, Celebrity had no record of that. We booked two cabins over half a year in advance and the cabins were not near each other. They also had obstructed views. Imagine paying for a balcony room and getting a view of the lifeboat. The best part was that Susan Peavey blamed us. I'll tell you what I've worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years (luxury brand/5 star hotels)...never, ever, ever woukd I blame my guests. I also go above and beyond to give each client 5 star service. I anticipate their needs etc. This cruise was a 60th birthday celebration for my friends and a special treat for me as I finished radiation and chemo for breast cancer. I deal with travel agents every day in my line of work. 99 percent of them are outstanding. They have every detail down to a T. As they know the importance of building lasting business relationships with their customers. This agency waa the 1 percent that could care less. Here's the thing: In the service/hospitality industry mistakes are going to happen. Things that out of the provider's control. It's the recovery that matters. It's about making the wrong right We didn't feel like we mattered or were taken care of. We could have booked it on our own and had a less stressful and more delightful experience.

She was a referral from a good friend who used her for her Curaçao destination wedding in 2021. From Day 1 Sally was informative and all around just extremely helpful. She assisted me and my now husband, with a list of resorts to check out based on our wants for our destination wedding. After some research, we chose Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun Mexico. Sally knew a beautiful beach was something that was a non negotiable for us, and she couldn't have recommended a better resort. We locked in our wedding date and room block with the help of Sally, and it was SO simple. She was extremely helpful to get us the pricing we liked for our guests. We visited the resort for a site visit in Sept 2023, and it was PERFECT. Once the room block was established, Sally assisted all of our guests with their questions, bookings and countless changes from day 1 up until they arrived for our wedding this past October. She made sure our contracts, bookings and every detail was exactly what was promised. With a destination wedding, the communication can be slow but she did not miss a beat when it came down to making sure it was what we wanted and the pricing, etc was correct. Persistence is key, and it is something she is extremely good at. Prior to the wedding, she sent out beautiful packages to each and every one of our guests to ensure they had all the paperwork and information they needed. This included a gorgeous itinerary, a packing list and details of the resort. Every guest said it was extremely helpful! She even met up with me and my husband prior to the wedding to provide our printed travel details, as well as have us a very thoughtful and generous gift. She not only helped us organize a large wedding with 74 guests, but also helped us extend our trip for our honeymoon and made sure we got all the little inclusions that were included in our booking. The wedding has come and gone, and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. It wouldn't have been possible without Sally. She is extremely kind, patient and just all around amazing. We will be using her, and Travel inc for all of our trips/vacations in the future.

There was no need for her attitude with me when all I was trying to do was help her. She then hung up out of frustration and said she would find someone else to work with. Terry may appear super friendly and ever so nice to you customers but if you want to book with someone who is kind to the people that actually book the tours for you I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

We highly recommend working with Terry for any travel needs. She will take good care of you! Thank you, Terry!

After returning home we informed enchanted memories and was told to fight all charges with our bank and RCC which we did and spent hours and hours building a case.Enchanted memories was unable to provide us with any receipts or documentation to help support our case and RCC would only provide a final onboard statement which was basically a grand total so all that was offered . We asked to meet with Vince to discuss this problem and instead Marie came, her suggestions actually worsened the problem , we asked for an additional meet to provide them more additional information that we have. Thay have basically blown us off. Their answer to a Customer who spent 30K through their business was to offer a $200 credit towards the next trip we book through them as if we would actually use them again. Do yourself a favor. I'm struggling to write this review. There were a lot of great things about the trip (and…read moreaccommodations) and a lot of things that were beyond what the travel agency had any control to fix (delayed flights). And then there were things I just didn't understand the rationale and (my fault) didn't question it. We also typically don't work with travel agencies so for my immediate family it was a very steep learning curve to know what questions to ask, (or when they needed to be informed of things if travel logistics changed.) Very thankful for the agency setting up the courier vans for our family of 8, this was something I definitely appreciated them coordinating a lot. The hotel choices overall were great (Catania and Taormina high marks). Hotel in Caltigirone was good too, great breakfast spread. The Positano hotel was ok, it advertised a fitness center but we were told none existed and the tennis court was overrun with weeds. In hindsight, if I fly with my elderly father again to Positano, we will need the agency (any agency) to understand hotels with lots of stairs are difficult - this was also something I didn't realize was even a problem until we were at the property overseas and also seeing during the trip how he was having a hard time with stairs. The private tour through Positano was **great**, the driver would drop us off, we would shop and eat then get back on the bus. The agency team and our in country contacts overall were really great to work with, very patient with my core family and very understanding and accommodating when we had to make adjustments to the scheduled plan (ie teenagers shouldn't go to a winery, cancelling a boat tour because it would be too much for my kids and father to endure, etc.). They were super on the spot finding my father, brother and SIL another hotel because the one that was initially booked didn't look like the pictures (and was extremely sketchy and my dad didn't feel comfortable being there. Also I heard the staff was extremely unhelpful). I would expect the agency's in country team view the properties themselves if it's going to be on the list of recommendations, and not go by the hotel website pictures. What I didn't appreciate was 3 flights to get to our destination from my point of origin. In my own searches we could have gotten there with two flights on my airline of choice and it baffles me why the agency made these choices. It was $2,200 more on an airline that was absolutely terrible and 3 of my flights were late throughout the trip. But again (my fault) I didn't look closely enough and didn't speak up until it was too late. Next time I will book my own flights. I didn't realize I needed to scrutinize the itinerary so much overall, but my experience travel agencies is very limited so this may be standard practice or expectation of customers. I don't know if this was in control of the agency or not but it seemed odd we had to fly to Rome in order to get to Naples from Catania. It might be there are no direct flights anywhere offered, however we lost half a day traveling and flight delays caused a lot of stress for my family because we were literally sprinting through Rome's airport to make our connecting flight. Overall, they were really great helping us with ground logistics, very patient with us, very accommodating when we had to change last minute and for the most part the hotels were solid choices. My 4 star ranking is due to the 3 flights to and from Europe. Next time I will book my own flights but would consider using them to book hotels and ground transport.

We arranged to spend a couple of nights in Galway, a few nights in Dublin and then fly to Edinburgh, Scotland for the remainder of the trip. We didn't rent a car and decided to travel between Galway and Dublin via Irish Rail. We asked P&H to book train tix for 5 adults and were quoted approximately $400. Thinking this was pricey, we booked tix with Irish Rail for less than $90 for 5 adults. Additionally, we received no advance warning that Ireland doesn't have Uber - very necessary without a car. We learned from our car service driver to download an app that books taxis for all of Ireland. This would have been helpful information to know in advance. We also asked P&H to pre-pay for breakfast for each day of our trip. In reviewing the travel dox, we noticed our stay in Dublin didn't include breakfast. We needed to ask, again to book breakfast. When we checked into the hotel in Edinburgh we learned our reservation didn't include breakfast. Really? We asked it be booked for our stay; not part of it. We also asked specifically that our tour to Loch Ness include the boat tour. While on our way to Loch Ness I emailed asking whether we had boat tour tix. Even allowing for the 5 hours time difference, we didn't hear back from P&H until after our tour was finished (I confirmed with the Loch Ness booking office that our tour didn't include the boat tour. I needed to pay 80 pound out-of-pocket to arrange for the tour). I emailed P&H and included the email specifically asking the Loch Ness boat tour be included. The responses I received were evasive and unclear. Additionally, I asked for an itemized bill and never received one. Additionally, the hotel in Edinburgh was under construction both inside and out. Also, our flight from Dublin to Edinburgh was delayed and we missed out 190 pound Edinburgh Castle tour. I tried reasoning with the tour operator, Viator and got nothing but aggravation. I felt that P&H was disinterested in helping us and my calls and emails were an annoyance. Thinking over the experience, I would not book through P&H again. I recommend you don't either.

Some people may think booking through a Travel Agent is so out-of-date- but it really takes the stress out of planning/searching- AND you don't pay an extra fee to book through them, instead you just get awesome rates and expertise. Both times I have worked with Ellen. She is fantastic- she has great taste, she's honest about different resorts and vacation spots, and she's super easy to communicate with. Most of the time we went back and forth via e-mail, and then we would talk on the phone when we got closer to confirming the trip! She came recommended from a friend who also booked a Spring Break trip- so not only did I have a great experience, my friend did as well. I highly recommend giving P&H a call if you are planning an international vacation- especially if you have a large group and want to make sure everyone books the same dates/location. You've got nothing to lose by calling- oh, except for the stress of researching, planning, and booking.
