I reached out to Sally Wallace at Travel Inc in September of 2022 for some information on a destination wedding. She was a referral from a good friend who used her for her Curaçao destination wedding in 2021. From Day 1 Sally was informative and all around just extremely helpful. She assisted me and my now husband, with a list of resorts to check out based on our wants for our destination wedding. After some research, we chose Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun Mexico. Sally knew a beautiful beach was something that was a non negotiable for us, and she couldn't have recommended a better resort. We locked in our wedding date and room block with the help of Sally, and it was SO simple. She was extremely helpful to get us the pricing we liked for our guests. We visited the resort for a site visit in Sept 2023, and it was PERFECT. Once the room block was established, Sally assisted all of our guests with their questions, bookings and countless changes from day 1 up until they arrived for our wedding this past October. She made sure our contracts, bookings and every detail was exactly what was promised. With a destination wedding, the communication can be slow but she did not miss a beat when it came down to making sure it was what we wanted and the pricing, etc was correct. Persistence is key, and it is something she is extremely good at. Prior to the wedding, she sent out beautiful packages to each and every one of our guests to ensure they had all the paperwork and information they needed. This included a gorgeous itinerary, a packing list and details of the resort. Every guest said it was extremely helpful! She even met up with me and my husband prior to the wedding to provide our printed travel details, as well as have us a very thoughtful and generous gift. She not only helped us organize a large wedding with 74 guests, but also helped us extend our trip for our honeymoon and made sure we got all the little inclusions that were included in our booking. The wedding has come and gone, and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. It wouldn't have been possible without Sally. She is extremely kind, patient and just all around amazing. I have been thinking of ways to concisely summarize how grateful I am to Sally but there is no short way to do it. We started working with Sally 2 years before our wedding this October, and let me just tell you... BEST DECISION EVER! She helped me narrow destination/resort options for my adult family trip, offered suggestions for specific room accommodations and provided first-hand knowledge of everything the resort and destination had to offer. WOW! Where do I begin? Sally Wallace with Travel Inc. far exceeded any exception I had for a travel agent. She helped my husband and I to plan our AMAZING destination wedding this past October 2017. We first met Sally in August of 2016. From day one all the stress of trying to plan and find the perfect location was gone. We wanted to not only find the perfect location but we wanted to find a place where we could bring our daughter as well. She was only 2 months old when we first met Sally. Being a mom herself she really put all my worries to ease. She recommended the perfect location that would not only give us our dream wedding but would also be accommodating and kid-friendly for our daughter. Sally really made sure every little detail was perfect. She stayed in contact with our wedding planner and made sure they knew everything I said. She'd literally call them herself if my questions were not answered in a timely fashion. Sally was recommended to my husband and I once we decided to plan a destination wedding! She was such a huge help throughout the entire process. She worked so well with the wedding planners at the resort. She also worked with all of our guests and when it came time for the wedding, she provided folders to each guest with all of their travel info and itineraries that she created and printed all on her own for us! I do appreciate that they are responsive to email. They told me they cannot book flight alone without adding a $35 per person fee. What I'm not happy with is that when I asked them to book flight and 1 night hotel, they said they cannot help me because I was going on a cruise that they did not book. So if I'm unable to work with you on a small vacation, I'm not willing to work with you on a future larger vacation. read more

Sally Wallace planned our 16 day trip to Italy for our fiftieth anniversary, and it was perfection. She put it together it so that we stayed in Florence and then Rome for a great combination of sightseeing in both areas. Then we vacationed at a slower pace in different towns on the Amalfi coast. I dont know where to start with Sally and travel Inc. Its safe to say my wedding would not have happened without her! My husband and I were married this October at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana and had about 70 guests. Sally always went above and beyond for not only me but also all of my guests! She is very thorough, organized and one step ahead. Its clear that Sally really cares about her work and also her brides. When we first decided on a destination wedding, I didnt know where to begin. With my first phone conversation with Sally, she was able to give me enough background info on different places and resorts that my fiance and I were able to make a decision within a week. Even when we first arrived to the resort for the wedding, Sally went ahead and had our room upgraded to a presidental. We also had an issue with the plumbing in our room and I mentioned it to Sally, who called the resort and literally took care of everything. She was always checking prices to ensure we had the best deal out there. We even had a member of our party with a severe food allergy, and she contacted the resort and really made our guest feel comfortable and safe. Honestly, even the weeks leading up to the wedding, there were many hurricanes. Sally was always on it, knew the path the hurricane was going to take and always had up to date information. She even visited the property and was able to tell me how it really looked after a hurricane! She was always there for us, in every step of our planning, even when it came to the legal documents a wedding requires. To say we would have been lost without Sally is an understatement. Fairy tale Wedding!!! My now husband and I cannot rave enough about Sally Wallace and Travel Inc. I was referred to Sally by a friend and calling her to assist with our destination wedding we the best decision we made. Sally was able to give us her honest opinion of locations that were both kid friendly and affordable during April vacation (my husband is a teacher, so we did not have much choice for our wedding week). From the first call and email exchange I knew that Sally was the person that we wanted to work with. We decided that Mexico was the best location weather wise and the most affordable so more guests were able to come. Sally was so helpful with follow up emails to the resort to make sure nothing was missed due to any language barrier. She also was on every call that we had with the resort. When it got closer to the wedding Sally sent out each guest their own folder that had all of their travel information included and details about the hotel and a packing checklist which everyone used! She also gave my husband and I a wedding binder that we brought with us to Mexico to make sure everything that we had agreed upon in email exchanges were correct. Can't say enough about Sally and Travel Inc...Really. My (then) fiancé and I by chance found Travel Inc. by a google search and read some reviews left by other happy customers, so since we live only a few minutes from their office, we decided to pop in one afternoon to check them out and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made! We were sure we wanted to do a destination wedding but that's as far as we had gotten - we had zero experience or ideas as to how to make one happen. Good thing Sally is an EXPERT. She showed us some great options for resorts/locations and was able to show us some pictures from previous weddings she helped coordinate. We didn't expect to make a decision during that first visit but Sally was so thorough that by the time we left we had narrowed down a resort (Secrets), location (Mexico), and a date - she even helped us research weather patterns that time of year and typical flight prices! My wife and I are not "planners" and Sally was just the person we needed to work with during the year-long planning phase of the wedding. She gave us ideas for our Save-the-Dates, helped us with ideas for our wedding website (offered examples to model ours from), and made recommendations for organizing our finances for wedding payments. We set a budget with her and we had an amazing wedding and came in under budget. She also arranged for us to visit our resort in advance so we could go for a site inspection at a modest discount! Sally was SO good with our guests too. We invited a lot of people and had a ton of interest which involved a lot of coordination with emails, phone calls etc on her part with our guests - she did a magnificent job. She provided us updated guest lists, sent emails for payment reminders to guests, coordinated all the shuttles to/from the resort, and sent personal, professional travel packages to each of the guests. We had an adults-only wedding, so there were many last minute changes to the guest list and Sally was so good at trying to recoup deposits and payments by working her magic with the resort - payments that would have otherwise been just lost if guests had to deal with the resort directly (due to contractual reasons with payment deadlines). By the time we were leaving for Mexico we had a tearful visit with Sally to thank her for all she had done for us - by then we truly considered her a friend and it was actually bittersweet that we weren't going to talk to her on a weekly basis anymore! That's the best part about working with Sally - she's such a good person - you have a feeling of trust and safety with her - that she's YOUR representative and will do everything she can for you to make sure you have the BEST experience of your life! Now that we're past the wedding, we are 100% going to be working with Sally in the future for vacations and trips and would confidently recommend her to ANYONE looking to do a destination wedding or just travel.
