I eventually went to the front counter and said we'd been waiting to be seated for a few minutes and the person said that being seated was only for Friday and Saturday nights. I was crabby and said they should take the wait to be seated sign down. There is ALSO a sign saying to order at the front counter on the same table but we didn't read that one once we saw the wait to be seated sign. The seating is nice, but the chairs could be more comfortable if you plan to stay for an extended period. My only other suggestion would be to improve customer engagement at the register.
