I had such a great experience here and couldn't recommend them enough. After having a bad experience with a dealership the last time I needed my Audi worked on, I was honestly nervous to go through it again. But they made the whole process so much easier. They helped with everything from diagnosing my car to working with my warranty and getting the repairs approved. They made sure I got the correct, quality parts and kept me informed the whole time. Everyone was so sweet whenever I called for updates, and I really felt like they had my back throughout the whole process. So thankful for them and will definitely be back. read more

I've been to International Auto Repair twice now, and I'm very satisfied. It's easy to call and get an appointment in a timely manner. Both times I've dropped my car off in the morning, and they have it ready for me by the end of the day! I have a Mercedes C300, and have been given good/honest prices for the work. Thanks you Pasquale and Cecilia, I will definitely recommend International Auto Repair to friends an and family. read more

Today, I walked-in to have my Range Rover brought in for a service issue... I inquired to have my car dropped off today for service next week. Unfortunately, International Auto Repair does not take new on business... meaning, as quoted today (07/27/2024), "unless we have serviced your car, we are unable." I appreciate the honesty and will look for local alternative. read more

International Auto Repair - Pricing for my car. - Auto Repair Near Me - Oxnard, California

As a woman, let me tell you... I've had more than my fair share of questionable experiences with mechanics. I'm so happy I found Pasquale. He's amazing at communicating. He calls back when he says he's going to, keeps me in the loop with what's going on with my car, explains what the issue is without talking down to me, and is just in general a professional and kind person. I'm so happy to have found a place that reliably services my Volvo and that I feel comfortable going to. read more

So great to have found Pasquale. My wife had driven up from LA to visit a friend's mother in the hospital but something weird happened and her check engine light came on and her engine started running rough. After she stopped and restarted the engine it seemed ok and the check engine light went off but I was concerned for her drive back to LA. I saw the great reviews here and called explaining the situation and Pasquale said even though he couldn't work on the car till the next day, he could check her car to make sure it was safe. So she drove her car over and he checked the codes and made sure it was safe for her to drive. When she asked about the bill, he said no charge. Who does this in today's world? Over the phone he was great and my wife said he was wonderful to her in person. She made it home safely and without worrying. We wish to give Pasquale and International Auto Repair our highest recommendations with our sincere appreciation. read more

Great service, friendly owner. No fear tactics to upsell services. They work on European makes including Smart. Very reasonable prices. Happy I found a new mechanic! read more

Honest friendly and fair. Even offered advice on what I could do in order to not pay for a repair

The best foreign car mechanic! They are professional, nice, efficient and reasonable. I highly recommend them for your service and repairs. Thank you Pasquale and Cecilia. read more

Absolutely can't recommend Pasquale and International Auto repair enough! I had an exhaust manifold leak that could have easily cost 3 grand to fix with a potential complete replacement of the assembly required. Pasquale was able to take the assembly off and bring the manifold to a welder who was able to complete the repair and resolve the check engine issue at under half the cost I expected, with prompt repair, honest feedback along the way, superior communications to the customer. Will be a repeat customer for sure! read more

I brought my sons car here about a month ago and the owner, Pasquale was able to help him with a quick fix and a good price. As we all know car problems are very stressful! This past week I had trouble with my Mercedes. Love my car and love even more no car payment :-). Took my car in to get serviced. Pasquale assessed the situation and was able to help me get back on the road the next morning. Safe and sound. I highly recommend this business. read more

I have been to this place twice recently for my BMW and both times I was very impressed. Friendly, caring service. They get things done very fast which is really important for me since my schedule is packed. They worked with my schedule and educated me on exactly what was going on with my car. This will be my go-to place from now on. highly recommend! read more

Don't trust your car with anyone but Pascuale. We've been bringing our German cars to him for quite some time and he is just the best in the business. He takes his time to explain the problem and is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. He even takes calls from my college son who is away to school just to answer any questions- what an awesome guy. Thank you Pascuale for taking great care of our cars! read more

My family and I have been taking our European cars to Pascuale for years and have never had a bad experience. He is honest, hard working and gets the job done. His prices are reasonable, especially compared to dealership prices, and he will do whatever he can to save you money. I highly recommend Pascuale to anyone looking for an excellent mechanic who won't try to take advantage of you. read more

Fabulous mechanic.... Pasquale is one of the best. he got out vanagon on the road again and the vanagon hic-cup has gone away 99 % of the time. He is patient and through and takes his time to diagnose problem as they come up. He also has great local resources for muffler and exhaust repairs. I can safely say that we now have a VW mechanic who is capable, honest and forthright. Not easy qualities to find in a mechanic these days! read more

EXPERT!! The owner of this shop is the "real deal". Just go talk to him and you'll see what I mean. He's a true expert. He doesn't need a computer readout to know how to fix a car. Although he has all the new stuff, he also has decades of experience. A++ read more

There aren't enough good things to say about Pasquale Nappi and the International Auto Repair staff! It's hard to find a competent mechanic whom one can trust for quality repairs at reasonable cost but if you are within reasonable distance to his Oxnard shop don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to him. One of the remarkable things he did for one of my vehicles was to replace a very small gear in the Odometer of my 30 year old Volvo and also troubleshoot and repair an erratic speedometer error which no other mechanic could explain let alone repair! Another one of his feats was to replace a leaking oil plug with a valve so as to avoid lifting the engine out to replace the entire oil pan. He probably saved me over a $1K on these "out of the box" work arounds alone! I highly recommend Pasquale very much and would give him 10 stars if that was allowed! read more

Super easy and painless. Going into repair shops can be nerve wracking wondering if you are going to get ripped off. Here I felt very welcomed and Pasquale helped me understand how my car was doing and what to keep up with. Happy to have found this place. I will be coming here from now on :) read more

First time at International Auto Repair and will be a return customer. Pasquale was very friendly, informative and not pushy in any way. Work was done promptly and reasonably priced. Excellent overall experience. Thank you! read more

I drive 40 minutes to go to Wilhelm. He is the last of the great German motor experts. There are other mechanics near me but there are none as good as Wilhelm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND International Auto more than anything else because of his expertise. I've told others who live near me and they too agree....he's well worth the trip to have him work on your European car. read more

Pasquale was awesome. Explained clearly what he did, what the issues were and made minor repairs at no additional cost. He charged a quarter of what they charge at the dealership, no used parts either. Highly recommended for anyone with German cars. He even has the software to connect and clear faults with my VW. He did it as part of the inspection. Charged me $105 for the complete inspection and reset. The VW dealership in Ventura County wanted $360 just to clear the faults in the computer. I'm taking all my cars to him from now on. read more

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. It's rare that you take your car to a new mechanic and feel an immediate trust with that person, but that's the experience I had with Pasquale Nappi. He was thorough and informative when it came to any question I had concerning my VW. I left my vehicle feeling I had left it in safe hands and I had. The cost for repairs were reasonable. Afterwards he answered any question I had concerning "do's and don'ts" with the car. Moreover, he CALLED ME a week later to see how the car was running? Never in my life has a mechanic done that. It's been over a month and a half since he worked on my car and it runs great. No problems at all. I will definitely be acquiring his services in the future and recommending him to my friends. I've lived in Los Angeles most of my life and now I'm in Oxnard and with all the mechanics I have ever given my car over to, this was the best experience. read more
