Donna said she would speak with the owner and get back to me, but I never heard from them again. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that built the pool and closed it, yet refuses to take any accountability or even return a phone call. If they had simply provided a reasonable solution, they could have gained a loyal, long-term customer. Instead, I was left with a poor impression and a very negative experience.
