Originally contacted Integrity Water Solutions because I was wanting to bypass an old water softener that was with the house when I bought it but no longer worked. I wanted to bypass because after getting a quote from Lowes for a new one, I decided that it was out of my price range as the quote was over 5K. When Israel came out to bypass the old softener I explained this to him and he told me it would be a lot less through them and got me a quote in minutes. I decided to go ahead with getting a new one as their quote was a few thousand less then Lowes!! Israel came back 3 days later and removed the old, installed the new and configured it in about 2 hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable, explained how the new unit worked and what I needed to do and even passed on some useful info on my hose hookups by my main water line that would have resulted in me killing the plants in my front yard haha. We had a catastrophic failure of our existing water softener which, because we weren't the original purchaser, wasn't covered under warranty. Started looking for a new system. After reading reviews and asking for quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Integrity. A terrific choice. Michael, the tech who installed the system, was able to come even earlier than the appointment time (after calling to make sure it was alright to come early). He was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Once the new system was in and the old taken away, he explained all the functionality, the proper maintenance, and answered all questions. I appreciate you attempting to call me out by name as it shows your complete lack of professionalism, and you will lose much more business from sharing personal customer information than anything I could have ever wrote about you. I could take it down, but I will gladly leave it up for you reviewers. To be clear for the reviewers of your company and anyone who knows anything about water softeners, I asked for the (1) hardness level that was previously used on my system and (2) the frequency for regeneration. That is not a set up and there is no need for a technician to come out and do that. It is a push of a button. Had I looked at it prior to getting the new system at your recommendation, there would be no need to contact you. If you think paying $90 twice to get this information that you already paid for, then this is the company for you. To further assist your company, I would like you to know that if you are getting 20-30 hang up calls a day for Michelle, then she can proudly own them from the other reviewers and customers, as I don't have time in my day to call you that much. As I stated, 3 phones calls is what you received from me, the others are from different customers probably trying to avoid Michelle. I bought my 30 year old home two years ago. It had a water softener already. It stopped working so I called the service number provided. The service rep did not once talk about coming to look at my system; only wanted to sell me a monthly service. I did a little research and I found Integrity; Bryan was able to accommodate my schedule, to come look at my system. He found that it was able to be repaired. He was able to get the needed parts & come the next morning at a time that was convenient to my schedule. So many good things to write - hard to find where to start! First, Bryan is an all around good guy. He is not who I expected when I was researching companies to fix our water softener. I had called a few other companies when we closed on our home knowing the water softener didn't look to be in great shape. A pool of dead cockroaches in the salt tank, ew! The other companies either gave me no information or tried to sell me something before even seeing our unit. When I talked to Bryan over the phone, he was very personable and genuinely wanted to help - all without trying to sell me anything. A low cost tune up that fell well beneath our budget. Perfect! We bought a foreclosed home and our move in date kept getting pushed back, and back, and back. I felt terrible having to call Bryan and continually ask to reschedule but he was nothing short of accommodating and extremely understanding of our situation. Another cool thing to note: Bryan took the time to explain to me what he was doing, how our water softener works, and gave me some great tips for running our water. I felt like I should be paying way more for all the information but as I said before, it's because he genuinely likes to help. After our initial tune up, we did need a small amount of additional work to be completed in order for our water softener to function properly. Bryan took the time to explain (in detail) what needed to be fixed and how. The additional price and work were extremely reasonable and I never felt like he was trying to make a sale. He was upfront and very honest with me the entire time. It has now been almost two weeks since our water softener was fixed by Bryan and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!! Our unit is running great, our water feels/tastes amazing, and I'm finally getting all the terrible hard water stains off our dishes from our previous residence. To summarize: if you're in need of fixing a water softener, having a new water softener installed, or having a Reverse Osmosis installed, Bryan is the person to call! I contacted Bryan a few weeks back to get a quote on replacing the resin in my water softener as the water pressure in my house dropped and the resin bed was due for a change. Without even knowing my name, Brian was on the phone with me for 20 minutes explaining the ins and outs of the softener system and the reason for the drop in water pressure. After calling a few other places, I realized that Brian not only had the most complete explanation, but also had the most competitive price to replace the resin. We took the plunge and sprung for an RO System from Integrity Water Solutions of Mesa. Owners Brian and Michelle and installer Kyle patiently resolved our concerns pre-install. Other installer, Marcus was great as well. Most importantly the water tastes great, flows amply and improved 1-1 water loss per gallon with the Pentair 5-stage system they use. It is very quiet--they install it in such a way to minimize the sound while the water filters into the tank. Kyle also fixed a bad plumbing job for our existing softener loop and educated us a bit about it. So far so good. Recommended! read more

I had Bryan of Integrity Water Solutions come evaluate a water softener that had been inactive for several years. He indicated that he could rebuild it and it would last for several more years. He also installed an R/O system and did all the work the same day. The water softener is working great and the R/O system is doing a good job of producing filtered, good tasting water. There was a problem with the R/O system (not the installation but an issue with one of the parts) and Bryan came out ASAP and took care of it. He followed up the next day to ensure that everything was still going well. Bryan is a knowledgeable, sincere and very professional guy who does great work at a very fair price. After reading all the glowing reviews here on Yelp, I was looking forward to getting a new water softener from Integrity Water Solutions. Our current softener was 8 years old and was here when we purchased 5 years ago. For a low end model we were lucky it lasted as long as it did. In addition, whoever installed the old softener had made a mess of our valves. The sales process with Earl went smoothly. We decided on a new 56K grain model to replace the old 30K. We wanted to have it moved from the outside to our garage. Earl also said they could run 1 inch pipe to prevent any flow issues. We had told him about our flow issues and he noticed the previous install had cut the pipe size to 3/4 from 1 inch to the old softener. We were worried there wouldn't be enough room in the garage cabinet where he said it could go. So I made sure Earl marked it on the quote to be sure to measure before doing anything. He also wrote to run 1 inch pipe from the unit to our water heater, and to clean up valving mess at service into house. He quoted me a price that included all of the work stated above. He also quoted what it would be if it couldn't be installed in the garage and was installed at it's current location. The Install Team (Kyle and Ruben?) arrived earlier than expected. Which was fine with me. I showed them the area the water softener was supposed to be installed and they measured it and said there was no way it could be installed there. I would basically need twice the space expected and that wasn't something we wanted to do. So it was determined to install it in the current water softener location. That's when the switch happened. The price quoted to me about installing in the current location was not going to be honored. I was told the quote for installing it at the current location did not cover cleaning up the valving mess where my water came in and the additional parts and labor of running 1 inch pipe. I was allowed to talk with Bryan and he explained his side and how they couldn't make money if they didn't charge more. He did say that they may not charge the full amount depending on how the install went (an extra $450 to the original quote). Since Earl didn't rewrite every single detail (installing 1 inch pipe and cleaning up the valving mess) on the second portion of the quote (where he listed the price for installation at the current location), so it gave them a loophole. It was obvious these things would be needed if it was installed at the current location as well. My Wife and I weren't pleased with this outcome, but we'd been without soft water for awhile now and didn't want to argue anymore. So we told them to proceed. It did take a longer than they thought it would and our water was turned off a good portion of the morning and afternoon. Other than the length of install I can't say anything bad about the work that was done. The Install Team was very polite and answered any questions I had. I tried to make sure they always had ice available for their water because it was a very hot day. They cleaned the site when they were done and I paid my invoice (the full $450 was included). We don't mind paying for work that needs to be done, but this left us with the impression of a bait and switch. Where one thing is promised and another delivered. **Update 6/10/16** I spoke with Bryan a couple days after writing this review. He wanted to know what could they have done better as a company. I told him that my main grievance was with the sales process. I was promised a lot that could not have been delivered. Not at the price that was quoted to me. I appreciated Bryan's follow-up and desire to know how this could have gone better. He did let me know that my Sales Rep (Earl) was no longer with the company. I think that will go a long way to stopping these kinds of issues in the future. read more

Wish these guys could handle ALL our home repairs/installs! By far the best experience I've had with somebody coming out to do work in our home. Kyle & John were on time, friendly, quick, thorough, and left the areas around install (kitchen sink and garage) cleaner and nicer than they found them. Great attention to detail! John even took the time to create more room under our sink than we had with our old system and meticulously level out a mistake made by the original install of the old spout. They even did the entire install without waking a sleeping baby! Finally, very informative! I feel like I've been left with the knowledge to manage our new system, but it's also nice knowing that they're on call 24/7 every day of the year if something comes up. Wife and I were looking into getting a soft water system as the hard water was causing smells and itchy skin (anyone in AZ knows this problem). We called other bigger companies and never even hard back. We called IWS, and the owner came out personally to look at what would need to be done. Set up an appointment for the following week. The workers came on time, finished the job before the end of the day. We ran into a small issue with plugging in the system as one of my GFCI outlets wasn't working. The workers actually went out of their way to go to Home Depot and grab parts to try and fix it. In the end I had to get an electrician out while they moved on to another scheduled job, but the guys drove all the way back after I got the electrical issue taken care of, to make sure that everything was working well and to explain to me the system with it running. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the service is above and beyond. read more

We replaced an existing water softer after 15 years. I went to the big box store but did not get enough info from the employee about their unit (what capacity do I need, is the unit made in the u.s., who installs it etc.) I did some checking around and remembered that integrity repaired my unit years ago. Bryan and team are absolutely fantastic to work with, and I could not recommend them more highly! My husband and I moved from Minneapolis, where the city water was tolerable for everyday use, and we had no idea what we were in for with the dual water recycling, hardness scale, TDS levels, etc here in AZ. I found these guys on Yelp. We purchased the whole home filter/softener/RO system about 2 weeks ago now and are very pleased with it. I wanted to say what a very customer oriented company. I am a typical DYI'er that usually in the process of trying to fix something, break it more or lose parts. In this case I lost a very small clip that was custom to my water softener so I googled it, then started making calls. Not one company would give me the time a day, I assume due to the minimal request except for Michele Anderson at Integrity. She was so kind and helpful, not only listening to my dilemma but finding me the part, calling me back then sending it to me via mail at no charge!!!!!!! I could not say enough about this old fashioned service that you don't run across any more. Update. I finally purchased a new smaller water softener, however the shutoff-valve of the new unit had different dimensions, unlike the previous one. I needed longer copper tubes. I called Bryan who said that he'll send Kyle to adjust the tubes. Today Kyle (a super friendly guy) came to my house. He did a fantastic job extending the copper tubes and installed the water softener to boot. Awesome service! Integrity water solution through yelp. I sent them a request for quote to repair a broken water softener valve and install three additional shut off ball valves. I also attached two photos to make it easier for them to give me a quote. Within minutes after sending my request I received a detailed quote that what they will do and the price . Because of that problem we had no water in the house. I called them and spoke with Michelle and explain to her that we had no water in the house and we needed the repair done as soon as possible, she was so helpful and understanding she pulled her "Harry Potter's hat" put on her head and scheduled for the tech to come to my house in about 4-5 hours. At 4:30 Bryan came with his helper. The repairs were done to perfection. Bryan explained to me step-by-step what they were doing and why, true professionals. Their price was much lower than other plumbers. After they complete the repair Bryan said to give him a call if I needed help installing the part I've ordered for the water softener. I have dealt with plumbers in my time, but my experience with Bryan and the professionalism and courtesy that he demonstrated placed them way up above others. I am so thankful for the service that I received from Bryan at Integrity. When a leak started on our water softener we called Integrity and they were very prompt with getting to our home for service. When the issue was a broken pipe , I was so nervous to hear how much the fix would be. We purchased a home with a DuPure water softener already installed, and have limped along for the past three years with water that was never really very soft. Well it finally kicked the bucket, which put us in the market for a new softener.
