I know very little about trees but the son was nice and patient enough to walk around and point out issues with other trees that I didn't know about. When the guy they contracted out to remove the tree stumps didn't come, the son personally came out and I really appreciated how responsible that was. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.
