A giant tree branch fell on our front yard Friday night, blocking our driveway. I have multiple properties I manage and even in city-wide weather events, that put a huge demand on knowledge tree service crews, Daniel and his crew don't exploit the situation and manage to work everyone in. He has proven himself dozens of times over the past 3 yrs. He also cut my neighbor's "Dr Seuss" tree that had one trunk left that was 3 stories high. I reached out for estimates with 4 different businesses. Daniel met with me at the house and we walked through the yard. He had a lot of great input about what would address the needs of the yard. The bid was very competitive and comprehensive. See the pics attached- the crew had full autonomy since I wasn't there. They were very thorough and considerate. Notice the flowers still standing after the fact and how much brush had to be removed. Lots of tall weeds as well as a number of dead trees. I asked that the brush be chipped into the yard to improve and level, they did that too and well. On the invoice it said Backyard transformation and I couldn't agree more. They got this done in less than half a day. I had a massive dying Hackberry tree with 2 large branches hanging over my house that I needed to have removed. I got 3 quotes and Daniel's quote was by far the lowest. I was hoping he would be the best quote since he was the easiest one to schedule, punctual, and friendly. He took the initiative to talk to my neighbors and give them a heads up. I had another very tall pecan tree with a branch over the house that I was worried about and he offered to remove that as well without charging me more since I had a big project for him and put me on the schedule just days after providing the quote. The Hackberry was in a very tough spot- the trunk of the tree was less than 6 feet from the house and in a tight corner on 2 other sides backed up to fencing and had branches interwoven in low hanging power/internet lines. To mention that his crew is highly skilled and courageous is an understatement. They worked nonstop for an impressive 6+ hours and took care of hauling off the tree and branches and even cleaned off my deck too. Daniel's tree service was knowledgeable, dependable (on time), did an excellent job for a fair price and left a clean yard when they left. The job was removing one large tree, removing a large limb from a live oak (with conscientious care and wound sealing), removing a small dead pine tree, two stump grindings and some branch trimming on the live oak and another tree. Daniel's crew was skilled and each one knew what needed to be done and when. It was a joy to watch them in action as they all seemed to enjoy doing the job. The tree and large limbs were taken down in pieces without destroying the house, roof or the yard. Small pieces and limbs were run through a shredder while the larger trunk pieces were carefully carried off to a waiting trailer for haul-off.
