Thanks Tim for serving us since 2018!…read more What a live saver Tim is and his technique is topnotch! Call him for your plumbing l/ electrical needs. If he's available to serve you, you will be in good hands, trust me! Our place was built in the 50s and the plumbing was really out dated. That said a lot of the pipes were old. On a Saturday the basement part just broke when we were working something around it. Water splashed everywhere. The only way to stop that was to shut off the main wove and that we couldn't use water anywhere else in the house either. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday evening. We called everywhere tried to have people come in give us quotes, and of course, most of them jack up the price to sky high. What was even more ridiculous was almost all of them doesn't even know what they were doing. I don't even know how to put it, but it was just my gut feeling that even if I were to pay them that price they were not going to be able to fix it. And I i was right-the thing that they sort of ran through with us what they will do to solve the issue was totally BS. Look back, they wouldn't even have the tools and parts ready. Now back to more details of how great Tim is. After calling and making appointments with many different vendors we could find and were offering service around that hours, for to Tim's TRZ business around 7 pm. After calling and making appointments with many different vendors we could find and were offering service around that hours, for to Tim's TRZ business around 7 pm. He picked up the phone and arrived our place very quickly. To be honest, we were so desperate at that point that we would pay anything to get this plumbing issue fixed so we can go on for our weekend. When we told him what we were quoted on, he laughed and said those were crazy quotes and told us not to worry. That alone made me feel better, I didn't know what to expect yet at that point but I was willing to take the chance as he showed up and brought good vibe: he was well prepared that his tool box filled with different kinds of parts and in well organized fashion! He clearly knows what he's doing, with in no time he fixed our plumbing issue. He was so kind that there was one part he didn't have (as mentioned our place is old) he drove out to pick up the part just like that- not even ask for extra or anything. At the end, the bill was super reasonable- unlike other lame business- include some big names you are all familiar with. And that's included if a generous tips. How nice the world will be if more business/ people in general don't try to take advantage of people when they are in needs. Instead giving genuine support and good work. Thanks again Tim. You are our saving angle!

He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section. The business was started by John's father and eventually passed down to John, who continues the family tradition with an incredible amount of pride in his craft. John personally came out to replace our riser and hose bib/spigot, and his work was exceptional from start to finish. You can immediately tell that plumbing isn't simply a job to him--he genuinely loves what he does. He has been taking things apart, digging around, and fixing things since he was a child, and that lifelong curiosity and hands-on experience really show in his work. John was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process--from inspecting the area and providing a clear estimate to carefully procuring high-quality brass and copper materials from a trusted supplier and completing the installation. His prices are very competitive, but what matters most to me is that he is honest, transparent, extremely skilled, and never cuts corners. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the process along the way. I actually enjoyed watching him solder/sweat the copper and learning about plumbing! You can see the pride he takes in his craftsmanship. John also gives back to the community by volunteering his plumbing services on weekends, which speaks volumes about the person behind the business. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found John and SJ Plumbing. From now on, they will be our first call for our plumbing needs. We could not be more grateful! And especially during hot weather, please have some fresh, cold water available for your plumber. These professionals often work for hours in extreme heat, and we want the hardworking people taking care of our homes to stay safe and hydrated! Five stars without hesitation.
