I hate writing such a poor review when most of the places and things I review on my account are positive! But this company has really hurt me and my household. My roommate reached out and did the coordinating. He filled out the quote form and they never gave us a quote. The woman he coordinated with said she didn't work in the field so she wouldn't be able to give us an estimate even though we provided a list of items needed moved and our two houses were only 7 minutes away from each other. We confirmed two days before and the day before to make sure the move was still on, as the weather was going to be very cold. We were moving in December. They confirmed the time with us, a window of 9-10 am and showed up at 11:20 am. They did not have uniforms on (the website said they would be uniformed) and were not dressed for the cold. Some were wearing zip up hoodies. No jackets and no gloves. The website also they said they would provide mattress bags and they did not. Instead they brought mine and my 3 roommates' mattress out to the curb and set them in the snow while they loaded up the truck with other items. They asked to borrow our tools and then we never got them back nor did we get our hand cart back. We can only assume that they must have taken it with them when they left as it is hard to lose a hand cart! When we got to the new house our team of five men had dropped down to three. The move was taking even longer because of that. We were being charged hourly and now the team of movers was down man power. No one let us know why. Once they were done getting everything into the new house wooden floors were scratched and corners were shredded to the point there were little piles of paint and wood on the floor. My roommate's bed frame was taken apart (with our now missing screw driver) and put back together so poorly we realized it was actually BROKEN! It has pull out drawers that now when you pull on them the whole side of the bed frame comes off. His dresser with a marble top was scratched beyond belief! Other stuff happened and was damaged, but I don't need to write a whole novel. In the end I was put on the spot to pay. The means of communication when it came to paying was confusing. We were not told how it was going to be done before hand. In the end I, the person who did not coordinate with the team, was passed a phone from one of the movers and was ON SPEAKER while a woman from the office asked TWO TIMES if I would like to leave a tip in addition to the total price ($1,800, way over what we thought it would be. But hey they didn't give us a quote). I refused both times while on speaker in front of the three man crew that was left. I paid with my credit card over the phone and handed the iPhone back to the mover and they left. My roommate who was the point person for the move was then called five minutes later by the same woman at the office and she told my roommate that I did not leave a tip and asked if he would like to leave a tip. By this point we had done a sweep of the house and saw the damages in full. We documented the damages and sent over photos. We were told that management would be contacted, but we have received no updates from them on how to make this right. Their website states they have damage protection, so I assume they would be able to cover damages or at least give us some money back! I don't recommend this moving service. Integrity was recommended by our local U-Haul store manager after the movers we arranged via the U-Haul website (Proft Services) did not show up. (they eventually said they could help almost 6 hours after the scheduled time). Integrity was able to provide two movers in less than 90 minutes who did a fantastic job. Very disappointed. The website is a lie. They did not come uniformed. They had a single uhaul truck. They said there would be two trucks. They were over an hour late. They damaged walls, wooden floors, broke a bed frame, almost left behind pieces of the broken bed frame, even after my partner and I separately told them about said broken pieces. They lost screws to the same bed frame. They chipped and scratched multiple wooden furniture pieces AND a marble top dresser!! They did NOT WRAP OUR MATTRESSES AT ALL AND LITERALLY LET THEM TOUCH THE SNOWY GROUND OUTSIDE!!! They ignored me for 30 days now after admitting over the phone that we did not receive their standard of service. They admitted the billing hours started at the scheduled time, NOT the time they arrived and stated it would start that day. They didn't bring gloves or tools. They had to borrow my Phillips head screwdriver, like are you serious? You didn't bring a SCREWDRIVER when I said during scheduling that a bed frame would need to be disassembled for moving? They didn't put pads on top of the dressers, hence the scratches. A my screwdriver and a dolly of ours also conveniently never re-appeared after the movers left. And guess what. They asked for a tip THREE TIMES. Even called me back to make sure we meant to not tip. They also took 30 mins to drive 2 miles. Twice. It's a 7-8 minute drive. They didn't say they were going to lunch or anything. There is so much more I can say. I really tried to be patient and kind and understanding, but I'm really frustrated with the lack of customer service we've received and the way they keep avoiding me to make things right. I could not be more pleased and grateful for the help Integrity's team gave me and my family. The two men were kind, treated our items with the utmost care, and were patient as we sorted through our many items. They moved appliances, furniture, boxes and two large electric organs. They were well organized with their own tools to help disassemble as well. I had called with short notice and they were very accommodating. Had their own truck and packing materials. Communication was also a huge plus. They gave me an estimated time and kept me informed as they got close. These guys were great. I highly recommend Integrity Movers. Well done. read more

0 stars. I spoke with Integrity Moving a day prior and was pretty specific about what things I needed help unloading off my truck. I told them it would take an hour or less to unload everything, because that's how long it took me by myself. I was told That the price would be $95. Which I quickly agreed too. At the end of the unloading (45 mins), they charged me twice the amount agreed to. Nowhere in our conversation the day prior did they mention a 2 hour minimum. I was told I was supposed to look at the contract they emailed... Integrity moving is anything but integritous. The guys are friendly and hard-working. I won't deny that. But management needs to be more transparent about pricing and not refer to a contract that I did not sign. I told the movers I did not agree to a 2 hour minimum and they acknowledged and agreed with the amount of stuff in my truck. I will be reporting to BBB and the bank. read more

After four hours of loading, I was told that all household items would not make the 400 mile trip. There were also damages to my exercise equipment, a wooden table completely broken, soiled my mattresses. A 26 ft truck for a 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom move was adequate, as I've moved 3X in the past 12 months. My experience with Integrity moving services has been wonderful. I was in need of a same day move of an entire home. They were quick to respond to my phone, provided accurate pricing, and arrived early! The guys doing the "heavy lifting" were very nice and listened to any concerns we had. For the value, I would highly recommend this service. The type of move I had would have been at least double with another company. Side note, tip the movers extra! They deserve it! read more

The guys that lifted and moved the furniture were nice and did a great job loading even extra. The problem was at the end of the move. They put a hole in my wall with couch. They pointed it out AFTER I paid for the service. They said just call the company it will be fixed. We did and were told manager will look into it even after we sent pictures. We still have not heard anything and have now had to pay to repair it ourselves. We have tried calling everyday and they do not answer. The other problem I have is they asked for a tip. To me that is not something that is given for services if deemed adequate not to put a customer on the spot. read more

Words cannot express the tremendous service and professional positive attitude our Integrity Crew provided. Milton, Daniel, Tayrell had every reason to to not be happy about the job - late call time (because our original moving company cancelled on us the day of), we were a good distance from their office, we kept them late, and we were pretty grumpy because we were already 4hrs behind schedule. All they did was tell us it would be ok and they would take care of us. And they worked NON-STOP. It was practically a pleasure to move. Of course I don't know all of their crews, but there are some management strategies employed on their moving/work checklist that hint at excellent customer service. read more

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with this company. We hired Integrity for a long-distance move from North Carolina to Indiana. China was great to work with on the administrative end, and answered all our questions promptly and courteously, with a great sense of humor. The quote came in almost 50% lower than another area company, who also sent a long list of legalese and can't/won't dos. I wasn't sure I trusted the quote, but decided to give them a go and am SO glad that I did! Daniel and Tayrell were efficient, quick, and packed everything up in 6 hours. Nothing was broken along the way, the van was packed so efficiently. They were incredibly careful with some of our custom furniture, and everything was wrapped securely. They used runners and door padding to make sure that nothing was damaged during the move. They stored our truck for a couple of nights until we had it unloaded on the other end, and again they were done in about 6 hours including bed setup and moving a few furniture pieces around for us. We really appreciated the way they checked in regularly with us, had a great sense of humor about everything (including unloading on a day near freezing), and their amazing attention to detail. They have been the best experience I have ever had with a moving company. Hire them!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I emailed them and no one gotten back to me at all. They were 4hours late and kept complaining when they did get there. They don't have stable rates and when they give you the price on the phone it's far from accurate. They will charge you wayyyy more on the day of moving your stuff and will purposely move slow to make the pay higher. I even paid more to take down the TVs but they said they couldn't do it due to not having the right tools, but that was a lie and they kept the money. I hired another person to take down the TVs and they said the only thing they had to do was unscrew them down with the regular tools which they had. They also forgot to get things that I mentioned. $740 came out of my pocket that day. I suggest you stick with the moving companies that have stable rates and actually will put in work so it will not take that long just to get extra money out of you. My house is very small (850sq), so it wasn't much to get. They originally tried to get $1,200 out of me so be careful, do not recommend at all! read more
