Do not take your vehicle to this shop, they lack integrity. We took our BMW 430i here for a oil housing replacement and left with a damaged engine due to improper installation which was confirmed by BMW. We have attempted several times to obtain their insurance information but they keep giving us the run around stating they do not have it and need to obtain it from corporate. Needless to say, we will be seeking litigation. read more

came here 11 months ago, when they did not honor my appointment they made me a promise of a free oil change and asked of me to delete a bad review. they told me, which i still have the text of, that i could "come anytime" to have that free oil change. Which I did today and was denied due to the manager who had been there for 6 months not recognizing a marco who worked there 11 months ago. But in the past, I've found their repair quotes to be both fair and flexible. I took my car to the Wylie shop when I first bought it. I explained that I did see coolant fluid leaking somewhere. They found a tube bad, replaced it however they did not check to make sure that was the problem. That visit was 2k. Brought the car back complaining again about coolant issue. They replaced the oil and spark plugs for another 2k bill. The car still had the "service now" light on when I left. Now this time they say that the engine block is cracked and coolant fluid is leaking into the engine. They now want 16k to fix it this time. This has all been within 1 months time with less then 100 miles driven. Don't go to this shop they over charge and don't know how to actually fix your car. read more

If you are like us & are looking for a reliable shop that can be the only place you use from now on, this is it. They are hidden away a little but right on 78, in the Walmart parking lot. We had used some other auto shops that ended up feeling priced higher than we wanted or swamped and not able to always get us taken care of in a timely manner. Jared has taken care of us in a way, often enough, that they have earned our long term business. They are very knowledgeable & helpful. Always honest about what COULD be done versus what NEEDS to be done. Their work is impeccable. On our last visit Saturday, they weren't sure they could have the work we needed done by the end of the day or not. Yet, they called at 2:30 to let us know they had finished taking care of us. Took my truck in to first integrity automotive to have the rear-end check for popping and jerking. I agreed to have the repair done for broken spider gears in a 2008 chevy for $2200. I had no choice and needed it to work and took out a loan to get it fixed. I waited a week and a half to get it back and the first time I took it out on the hwy it made it to Grapevine after an around town break-in period drive (wylie - plano ) in approx 2 weeks it failed again and they wanted an additional $350 for parts that were not damaged before. I do not feel that I should be charged for parts that were not bad before the botched repair. So 2.5 weeks later I got it back and in less than 300 miles it is making noises like it was going to blow up-took it back again and they wanted more money again for parts and kept it again for weeks. I refused to pay any more money, so finally got it back for the Third time and was told it was right, they drove it and all was good. 3000 miles before my warranty was going to expire it started making noise, this time went to an oil change place, had them pull plug an check the fluid. It was silver from so much metal and the magnet was loaded, so back again and told the manager what I saw in the fluid and all the noise. No problem we will take a look . 2 days later no report. 3 days later I'm told it was fine, must have not gotten all cleaned out from last time and don't worry its ok . Anyone knows you can't run metal in fluid without damaging bearings and gears. I asked him if that was not correct, he would not say. I asked for a copy of what was done this time and after having to demand a receipt I was give a copy that stated that I had declined an overpriced Brake repair .(yes i did decline it) I abruptly asked the manager why there was no mention of them cleaning all metal out and changing the fluid his response was " he was sorry, but that is what the owner said to do." my response was "this is one of the reason automotive repair gets a bad rap when shops do things like this." So I drove it until it made noise again, had the tech Verify that it was again making noise and told the manager. I left it again an was told yes its bad, but you don't have a warranty $1200 and we will get a used one installed . I asked why didn't you fix it when it was full of metal last time brought it, he said, "let me get back to you and see what we can do." A day later I called him, he said he would split it with me for $600. I am a retired ASE certified mechanic and was ATRA Certified transmission rebuilder for Standard and Automatics. A drivetrain specialist for over 20 years .I took pictures of diff damages the first time they took the cover off to show me the repair and I have video of the second repair. It's obvious what happened after the first attempt at repairs, the housing was damaged when the front bearings were over tightened and spun the race, they showed me bad bearing and race. When they tried to have me pay for more parts the first time and I refused, I pointed out the race had spun! Ray Charles could have seen that after 3 ring and pinion set with bearing? I had a complete engine failure in my vehicle 11-2019 and had my car towed on a Sunday evening to Integrity 1st as I've used them before for smaller repairs with great results. The Monday after dropping off the car Integrity (Jerod) called to let me know that, unfortunately, it was a complete engine failure resulting in needing an engine change. He quoted me a price and understood my need to digest and come up with a plan to take care of this. He offered to let me leave my vehicle at his location "as long as you need to". While researching my plan for this I remembered that I had an extended warranty on this vehicle! I notified Jerod and he took over from there filing my claim and working much harder than I probably know to find a suitable engine for my vehicle. After picking up my car I'm absolutely elated that Integrity 1st did my repairs as everything is running smooth and the hard work they put in ended up costing a fraction over my deductible.
