I'm INCREDIBLY frustrated with the experience I had here. I came into the waiting room on Wednesday because I had been feeling sick since Monday. The staff was nice dont get me wrong but they didn't seem like they cared at all about what they were doing. The doctor was very sweet but I didn't see her longer than 2 minutes. I told them that I SUSPECTED it might be strep because I had had it before, and they took that to mean that they literally didn't need anymore details, so they proceeded to not test me for ANYTHING except strep, and they also did not ask me for my symptoms, just checked my throat, which was red (duh). I leave, they tell me I'll get a text with the results, cool. Never did I receive a text. I had WORK the next day and TO THIS VERY MOMENT I have NO clue what I am sick with!! i called multiple times and was left on hold until closing so they could ignore me! I paid $35 for them to tell me I DIDNT have strep. An ABSOLUTE waste of money, wish I could get a refund. read more

My initial visit was adequate on 8/28. They ordered a MRI. The imaging company has been waiting since Sept 1 for authorization from insurance company. They made multiple phone calls and sent a fax to Integra to advise them they needed to provide additional information to the insurance company. It has been 5 days and I am in pain. As of me writing this they still have not contacted the insurance company so I can move forward with the MRI and then the orthopedic doctor. They gave me 7 days of meds and they are now gone as well. read more

When unable to get in to see my regular physician, I went to Integra Urgent Care. It was by mistake actually because I had mixed up urgent care names in the same area. I was sick! Anyway, it turned out well. Everything went smoothly from scheduling on the website, insurance, and no wait time. Well organized. Professional and prompt, but caring and taking the right amount of time from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. I received the proper treatment and medication needed to include a contingency plan if not feeling better in a few days. I appreciated the care and service. read more

Yesterday, my wife who is now also sick and I came back in our second visit each within the last seven days. I have visited this urgent care three times and they have all been very positive. On Saturday, Dec 14, I knew my cold was becoming bronchitis so I needed medical care. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and was seen by a med tech very quickly. Very friendly young man who took vitals, and later administered injections and a breathing treatment, explaining everything as he went. I really like the doctor. Very good bedside manner and knowledgeable. She appreciated that I need to/want to be better before the holidays so her regimen was mildly aggressive and appropriate. I brought my sister in here to get her itching and swelling lips checked out. To my surprise, they wouldn't take her because she's under 18 and our parents aren't here (they're back in my home country). I explained that she's an international student and I've always been her legal guardian here for years but no luck. So that was quiet disappointing... I would never come back. My sister was feeling miserable so after leaving here I figured I should give MedSpring Urgent Care across the street a try and my sister was able to see the doctor and was in and out in less than an hour. The facility is much nicer with complimentary tea, coffee and snacks right when you walk into the door. Highly recommend y'all to drive across the street and give MedSpring a try :) read more

So far not so good! I called spoke to Kare before I came to inquire about the procedure for check in or walk in and the wait she said wait was long 30-45 (mind you it's storming outside & I have a sick child) She also said I couldn't check in online! I walk in 10 mins later to find only 2 people waiting and a man who walked in with me to get a physical, they took him straight back! Oddly enough with no direction I Check in tablet said either walk in or " I already signed in online"but I thought I couldn't sign in online? She ask do I need a Covid test I say No she tells me to have a seat and it's now been an hour and have no idea what the process is so I ask & see if I need to fill out anything she states I'm next! Then she walks away, another lady comes up and calls me to NOW Fill out paperwork, I'd, ins as another nurse calls a lady back who just walked in w a baby! I ask how many doctors are here she said only 1! I ask why did she go straight back she said O she checked in online! So now I have been here and hour and a half, the waiting room is full of sick people and some how there are still 2 people ahead of me!!! And now another frustrated mom just walked out! Moral of the story is you better check in online and even though 4 docs are on the wall only 1 works at a time and Kare the front desk lady in plain clothing is rude!!!! read more

I have been to this facility for simple things for several years and have received good treatment. Some of the PAs are knowledgeable and helpful. The time, however, when I actually needed something critical, they totally dropped the ball. First off, instead of asking me appropriate questions, the PA who came in to treat me immediately decided I needed to see a number of specialists for my UTI. He started telling me all the terrible things that could be wrong when I was confident it was a simple UTI. Then out of the blue, he punched me twice in the back, I guess to check for kidney issues, but I have already had back surgery and this made me hurt for 2 days. Then, to top it all off, this place lost the urine sample which I badly needed to have cultured because of some other medical issues. By the time I found out that they had lost the sample, I had been on antibiotics 3 days so there was no way to find out what the original bacteria was. At least the PA gave me some appropriate antibiotics, but I will not be going back. I need more reliability from my medical providers. read more

I called they took my insurance. Got right in. Saw the Dr and he was very good in asking the right questions.We got to the bottom of my health issue. What i liked about it was the Dr asked my opinion. Like do you want a inhaler for at home.Do you want a steroid shot to hold me over till I got my prescription.He asked if I thought a breathing treatment would help me.I liked the Dr for asking and making me part of the decision to get me well. I will definitely go back to there clinic. If you go to the smaller clinic's it saves a lot of wait time in a emergency room especially during these trying times w covid spread. I had an excellent experience when I went to Integra Urgent Care in Las Colinas last week. I had just come back from a trip to Seattle and felt like I had developed a sinus infection. Over-the-counter meds weren't helping and I was at the point where I knew I needed an antibiotic. I went on a Tuesday at 3pm and there was only 1 other person ahead of me. I didn't wait long to be taken back for my vital screening, and the female doctor that came in the room was there in no time. She was extremely friendly. She prescribed a Z-pak for me and asked me if I wanted a steroid shot, to which I accepted as it offers pretty immediate relief. She also took time to tell me that I could have had my appointment via video if I preferred. They offer video appointments from the comfort of your own home, which makes it super convenient if you're on a busy schedule. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the service was speedy. Everything you want when you're feeling sick. I will definitely return! read more

This was my first time visiting Integra in Las Colinas. I would recommend this location for any urgent car needs. The staff is attentive, friendly, and dr truly cares about the patients concerns. The wait time was speedy. My prescriptions were ready for pick before I left the office and I was in and out (including wait time) in about 45 minutes. This might not be the case if you go at high peak times, so my suggestion is take the extra minute to call ahead that day and ask them when those high volume times are and if you can, work your schedule around it. As changing seasons are approaching, the last thing you want to do is sit in a dr office with a bunch of sick patients, be proactive, and you will not regret visiting this place for urgent care needs. read more

Integra urgent care charges twice from patients, they charged me as self paid , again they billed my insurance telling me that they will not bill my insurance and I thanked them for that as I had high deductible. Then after 2 months later I get a bill of huge amount what I owe. I was confused, I went to Integra with my self paid bill and asked them what is going on. What my understanding is that I am paying twice as self paid with no insurance and they charged my insurance without my knowledge . Now they are calling me that I have to pay a little amount . While enquiring , why should I ? They said for flu test. God help me ., I never had one flu test there. Now my question to the Integra management, stop lying with patients who depends on you guys. I work in the general area and have been going to this Urgent care for several years now and LOVE LOVE LOVE these people. My favorite is Aron. He is quick and precise with his diagnosis. His focus is on getting to the bottom of the issue - resolving the problem and getting you out of there as quickly as possible. My adult son and husband go there too. I take my kids there for sports injuries as well. If you are looking for a quick visit without long wait times, I recommend this place. Aron is professional and focused on helping you feel better as fast as possible. I have been going here for 5 plus years and haven't seen crickets or roaches. I don't know about inflated charges because I have only ever paid a co-pay but will be the first to update this review if that is going on. Did I say I love this place. read more

I had a great experience here. I don't have health insurance and they had no problem with me paying cash for my visit. I was recently in a car accident where my jaw hit the dash board and 2 weeks later, I was having bad pain in my jaw. The doctor examined me and determined that it was inflammation on my joint. She prescribed me medication and the medicine worked right away. I'm so grateful that the doctor knew exactly what was wrong right away and I felt better. Absolutely the worst healthcare experience in my 61 years. I am fighting a chronic infection have had a fever for three days I went to see them yesterday and was promised that I would get a call back within 24 hours with the results of the blood test to know how bad the infection is. They never called back, I called them around 4 PM and was told and assured that I would get a call back. No call back, they are now closed I am in limbo. Although Urgent Care clinics are never much to write home about, Las Colinas Urgent Care has got to be one of the worst I've been to. I happen to have to come in on Christmas Eve so I'm sure it was more crowded then a normal non-holiday. However, I was only one of 4 people in the waiting room and had to wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Once I was finally called back, the nurse took my vitals and let me know that a doctor would be in shortly...ANOTHER hour passed and I still had not been seen by a doctor. Ready to walk out, a visibly stressed out and confused doctor came in. She maybe spent 2 minutes with me, not even listening to all of my symptoms or how I was feeling. She sent me away with a few prescriptions that still hadnt kicked in after a few days so I ended up having to go to my normal doctor for a legitimate visit. Sure, it was better than nothing...or was it? I definitely won't return here. I would rather wait a few days and actually be seen and helped than waste a few hours of my life. read more

Bad experience. After filling out the forms, and waiting half an hour, they tell me that they have refused to allow my insurance to pay my bill. Instead, they wanted me to pay via credit card up front. Now this might be OK if my very expensive full pay insurance coverage declined them, but it did not! What was really going on, was that my insurance carrier had some negotiated discounts that they didn't like, and wanted me to pay full fees! I couldn't believe that a doctor's office would refuse an insurance payment through a major network! These people are not very ethical. Beware! read more

Just got my bill from a few months ago, and while the prescription for Motrin did do the trick, the $20 oximetry and $50 late fees were inappropriate. Charging $20 to put an oximeter on my finger (my complaint was foot pain) is a way to crank up the bill and nothing more. I've been told by trustworthy medical professionals that was an unnecessary charge. The D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathy) who was on duty seemed a bit "eccentric" as well. read more

I was suffering from a sore throat going on 4 weeks. I went to my primary dr. and the meds he prescribed weren't strong enough. I remember passing by Integra Urgent Care because I work and live near by. I went in(no wait), and the lady at the front desk was pleasant. My nurse was nice, and the Dr. was amazing! He was inquisitive and was able to prescribe me a stronger antibiotic and a steroid. It's day 2, and I feel soooo much better. I will definitely come back if needed. This is the worst place one could go to.. i was having severe neck pain so much that i havent been able to sleep at night.The doctor came in just touched me and said its muscle spasm..I have chronic muscle spasm issue and i know how it feels ..it radiates to my head bit goes away in two days ..i have been having this pain for a week along with radiating pain and no pain meds have improved this..I asked for a Physical therapy referral having taken PT several time i know i suffer from neck pain d/t weakness and she denied it saying they cant gve you one nt for a muscle spasm..Excuse me mam you just touched and saw me..Also, you were nt even ready to listen to my problem..Horrible experience.. Being a PT i deal with patients myself everyday and i can never imagine myself treating my pts this way..you want me to spend money on MRI and u r giving me steroids and pain injections..If you would have heard u would have listened when j told u i have been on strong pain meds for a week..A spasm doesnt last a week with sleepless nights and nt being able to drive or work in any manner.. Sorry integra but horrible service.. First rule of healthcare : Listen to your freaking pts.. read more

Update on 3/25/2020. Had a visit with Aron Nigh again and this time was a very different experience with him. He almost seemed very annoyed during the visit with me during a time where I was chronically ill and going through a very difficult time because of it. He didn't even bother to do a proper physical assessment on me after I told him I was also a health care provider. He was not very compassionate or nice at all this time. I will definitely not come here again nor recommend this clinic to anybody. We all have our bad days but it when it comes to providing care of patients you have to put that aside for the moment to be able to help someone. He did not have a very nice or friendly demeanor that day. Plus he failed to do a proper physical assessment. read more
