Quick service and great team. Very helpful and common sense practices. I really appreciate their care and team.

They misled about the charges, Charged 180 and then billed charged to the card 174.91 again ( when clearly mentioned , that's all the charge ) and called them to resolve the issue and don't want to help. For simple visit , they want to charge 750+ read more

Nothing better than scheduling an appointment online and being told to come check in only to arrive and be told that the staff is at lunch and it's an extra 30 minute wait. Front desk staff was extremely kind, but extremely disappointed in the setup of appointment and not being notified that staff wasn't available until after I arrived. read more

I scheduled an appointment at a different nearby location and mistakenly showed up at this one. They were very gracious in getting me on their schedule and seen by a doctor within minutes. I went there because I had horrible pain in my right ring finger. After explaining the situation, the doctor quickly diagnosed me with a wasp sting and prescribed steroids and some OTC meds. I was on the mend very quickly. I would visit this location again if needed as the service was quick and everyone was friendly. read more

If you are in Dallas, this is the place to go for an urgent care visit. I was in Dallas for a layover and needed to be seen pretty quickly before my next flight. The staff are so kind and the care is great. I was seen very quickly (30 minute wait). I came on a Sunday in the middle of the day. The nurses are lovely, and got me exactly what I needed. Would recommend for any travelers going through the DFW airport. read more

First of all, I was the only one in the waiting room, yet it took over 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Shivashankar. I explained that I have laryngitis and my ear hurt. I let her know What worked for me in the past is an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot ( im also a nurse). She told me I had an ear infection and the Laryngitis was obvious. She refused to give me the antibiotic shot and offered me it in a pill form. She said she wasn't allowed too??? It's not like I was asking for a narcotic. It's been 4 days and I am still not feeling any better! Of course she wanted me to come back in a couple of days to charge me again. Her tech gave me the worse shot I ever had in my butt and not in my hip. It hurt so bad that I had to stay and ice it before I could leave. This is a terrible place and the Dr. doesn't even listen to you! Go at your own risk! read more

I was very pleased with this location. The lady working the front desk was kind, understanding, and very pleasant. The nurse practitioner was also lovely and provided swift care for my child. She was good with her and also very kind--explaining what she was doing the whole time. The wait was much shorter than other locations in the general area. They called to follow up and that lady was also very kind. No one seemed unhappy to be doing their job. Would absolutely recommend and return if I was in the area again. read more

I am from out of town and developed a kidney infection right before my flight. I was immediately seen and my wait time was less than. five minutes. The doctor was very thorough - more so than other urgent cares I have visited. Clinic is clean and staff is very friendly. read more

This is the best urgent care in DFW! The waiting area was clean, the front desk associate was friendly and helpful and we were seen quickly. The nurse and Doctor Premod were both so good with my young daughter. Thank you for the printed prescription so that I could get my daughter on the track to being well tonight instead of tomorrow. You have a great team! read more

Worst place to go take a drug test!!! Waited over 2 hours with only a few patient! Talked to the manager and he wouldn't do nothing about speeding up the process! He kept saying to give them a second. It's been TWO hours way more then just a couple seconds! I do NOT recommend this place. read more

Worst place EVER! Waited over TWO hours with a web checkin that was scheduled two hours prior! I had to call and follow up on the web checkin and the front desk girl told me there was no wait. TWO hours later, I'm still sitting in the lobby! Left there and went to the Midway location where I had no wait. This location's staff had no sense of urgency and cared less to communicate with anyone waiting! It deserves ZERO stars! read more

Took my baby in for high fever and diarrhea, but they were more concerned about paying my deductible than taking care of my baby... they need to show more empathy! After they took my deductible which was not cheap they said to take him to the ER if his fevers don't calm down.. overall terrible service..ohh the clinic was empty and the wait was ridiculous read more

I have come here a few times now since Covid is a thing. The front desk, nurses and doctor are all super caring and sweet. Rockstar women!

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude. She clearly didn't want to be here. However he medical staff, from the lab technician to the nurse and the MD were top tier. It is a shame that such talented professionals are overcast by a bad front door experience. Either raise the salary or the standards at the front desk because it is definitely your weakest link. read more

Terrible service. Waited 4 hours for them to not even really do anything to help me. Walked out of my room to try to leave because the doctor was taking forever and said she was going to be getting paperwork to check me out, and she was just standing there on her phone. Would not recommend this place unless you want to be here all day. read more

Ok, today out of all the visits I've been here, they said they couldn't verify my insurance benefits (being Sunday) so I had to pay everything up front. It kind of sucked but it really wasn't a deal breaker since I had my handy FSA credit card. They said they will send a reimbursement check from whatever insurance pays them. As always, I web checked in... (Wish their web check in was more convenient though- always have to put insurance info, etc again & again). In few minutes, they called and let me know it'll be about hour-hour & half wait. I think under an hour they called me to let me know they were ready for me. I arrive there in about 15 minutes, sign couple of signatures and I was taken back in about 5 minutes. Good thing about here is, you don't have to fill out bunch of questionnaires/paperwork yourself. The nurse asks you verbally so you just answer them. (I hate when you're not feeling well and they give you form after form to fill out). After blood pressure & heart beat check up, Dr. Tatum (not Channing Tatum haha although Doc was a BIG teddy bear version of him) came in matter of minutes. He was very courteous and made me feel at ease. The whole entire visit took me less than 30 minutes. Partly because I pretty much knew I had strep throat and bypassed the test. Still, handful of times I've been here it was a smooth experience. I saw different docs each time, but all of them were very nice & caring. As I was heading out, I saw the same people seating in the waiting room when I got there, so be SURE to WEB-check-in! It'll make your experience at Carenow so much better! Feel better everyone! read more

Screw this place, got skipped 5-6 times thinking the other patients got bigger issues than me. Found out that they forgot about me. I even enlisted that I had the chills and wanted to be tested. A waste of my time and not to mention how cold was in the main room freezing for two hours. I swear they see me there sitting and didn't bother to see why I'm sitting there for so long. Be careful when you do the Covid test there as they charge you the "copay" which is illegal. According to "The Families First Coronavirus Response Act" which ensures that COVID-19 testing is free to anyone in the U.S. including the uninsured. My daughter has the insurance which covers 100% of the Covid-19 test, but was charged the "copay".... After I called, the front desk told me that the copay will be refunded after the insurance is processed. Then my question was they should charge the total COVID-19 test cost, not just the copay if they are not sure if the insurance will 100% cover the cost.... What a scam !! read more

I came in at 8 am today. On Friday 13th expecting a long wait. I had to get a pre employment drug test. The lady in the front desk was very sweet (Hispanic lady). She had me in and out in 30 min. Overall poor experience. I went in for blood labs. I was told I'd have to come pick up the test result in person and they are not able to send them to me. I was told the results will be a available in 5 business days. I never heard back from this location. I called several times and was placed on hold each time for 5+ mins. I was told they were waiting on the lipid profile. Carenow never thought to call the lab company and see the was the cause of the delay considering the other results were in. Finally they called and found out that my lipid panel was never ran and I had to come back for a second blood draw. The following weekend I am the first and only patient there and waited for 45 min before I was able to get my blood drawn. No explanation for the wait time other than "you'll be seen shortly". Until I asked should I come back another time and was told they were waiting a form. Poor preparation considering I spoke to a staffer days before informing them I'd come back in the AM so I didn't have to wait. Ancillary staff is below average, newly opened facility, poorly trained staff. read more

I wish I had a business, where nobody gave a shit and could be this rude to the customer. Lazy would be the best word for the check in girl. Everyone seemed to hate the fact they were there. Stop! Do not go here, or any CareNow locations. I went in for a reaction to a wasp sting and needed 2 prescriptions. They only sent one to the pharmacy. I tried all day and night, well as the pharmacy people, to try to get someone to resend the one that was missing. No call back until 9:00 pm! I had to wait till the next day to get an antibiotic. This is no way to run a place that is dealing with peoples health issues. Very unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this company read more

I waited for my drug test to clear to post this. I called ahead and asked the wait time for a drug test. He told me he couldn't state that, which is fine. I get there early and register, two patients came in after me, and one waiting in the lobby. Before I was called to the back, three went ahead of me. It was just frustrating to not be able to know a time, and yet see others being served. The problem is customer service, the front desk personnel was not friendly in his approach. It's like they know I had no other option. I wish I read the other reviews before agreeing to take my drug test at this location. TL;DR 2 customers in lobby, arrived early, 3 customers went in even though I arrived first, Customer service sucked, find another location. Lady who performed my screening was nice. read more

Walked in and walked right out. Whoever is the lady that is working right now 3/7/19 @ 12:32 pm. She is African American. Which I feel comfortable saying as I am African American as well. There was no greeting walking in, I was standing in front of her still she said nothing smh. So I see that there is like a sign up form to fill out I started to fill out to make her job easier then asking all my information. She then told me to move as she called someone else up and said she needed to get them Checked in. She literally moved her finger to the side as she directed me to move over as said She said I need to check him in. She talked to the man. And then once again she left me there standing so I kindly asked her do I give this to you or sign in somewhere. She literally said "MA'AM I'm going to need you to wait" there was 4 people sitting down no line, nothing. It was quiet as heck in that office. I then stood there as she didn't say anything again what I am supposed to do. I asked her should I sit down? She said yea you can. I went and sat down keep in mind she still hasn't asked if I had an appointment or better yet my name for that. She sat down and then I hear ma'am ma'am, she didn't wake me name so me and another Lady looked at each other. I am not a dog you don't just call me like one or use your hand. And then she just looked at me didn't say I'm ready, come up here nothing. So I get up to the counter she just looks at me again. Didn't ask me for NOTHING. I said do you need this paper I filled out, she just suck her hand out. She then said do you have a web appointment I told her no she said well there is two hours wait and prolly longer because we will take all the web check ins first. She then asked so do you want to wait. At that point , I'm over it due to her nasty Attitude. I understand the wait. I run a dental office. I'm not complaining about wait times, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE here is Ridiculous. I prolly would have waited if her customer service wasn't so horrible. Don't waste ur time here if the service is already horrible in the front. If you can handle 4 people sitting down in the lobby and no phones ringing, healthcare is not for you. #disappointedpatient 2-3 hour wait really there is no one here there there are 6 cars parked outside this place. The ER has a faster time in and out. read more

The lady at the front desk, Brianna I believe...could REALLY use some training in customer service. She wasn't rude to me personally, but seeing how she handled other customers at the desk, and the look on her face, you could tell she was over the day and what was REALLY concerning was the fact that I believe she was training someone. If that is how you want to run your clinics fine, but from what I understand, you tell 3rd party vendors you want friendly faces in terms of your Providers, the same should apply to front desk. The Physician was fine...prompt and friendly! read more

Candice has the best service! The office is clean and neat. I checked in online and Candice helped me get all checked in once I arrived.

So. I agree with other post - lady at the front desk was very grumpy and rude. I did web check in. Got a call... arrived in the appt window I was instructed to. So... Why is it that they give you a web check in priority if you STILL have to wait to see the doctor? My check in was for 11. Didn't see doctor until 11:45. I don't see the benefit what so ever. On a positive note Nurse Yvette was efficient and friendly. In short. Beware. Just because you do web check in, they call you and you show up on time don't expect not to wait. Again don't understand their value proposition. Brutal. read more

My wife was sick and called ahead for CareNow (she hates going so it is always last minute). They called back when it was time to head up there and saw her. She was given some decongestants/antihistamines and told to call back for an antibiotic in a few days if she was not better. This was on a Friday. On Tuesday, she was still not better and called them to ask for the antibiotic to be called in to our pharmacy. This was around noon. Later in the afternoon, she called the pharmacy to see if it was ready and they said they had not received it. She called to ask them again and was told they were really busy, but would get it called in. At 5:00, she checked again and it was not called in, so I called and was told that they had been very busy and the doctor had not had a chance to call take care of it. I said that I was coming up that way anyway, could I stop and pick it up. I was told that would not do any good, but they would definitely get the doctor to slow down a minute and call it in. I was over by there at 7 and called to see if they had called it in, AGAIN I was told they were swamped and not able to, but they would handle it right now (after I said I was in their parking lot and could come in to talk to the doctor). At 8:10 I called and they said it was just so busy, and I said this was not acceptable. The man I spoke with said "Well even my primary care physician can take 24 hours to get something called in" and I said "ours would have had it set 6 hours ago". I drove to their clinic and went inside, asked for the doctor and was told he was with a patient. I guess I caused a stir (though I was cordial, no yelling regardless of how I felt), because the nurse was told and she got the Dr. and explained what was going on. He did not come over and apologize or anything, the nurse just came over and said it was being called in right this second! There is no way this doctor had no chance to approve the medicine over an 8 hour period. They even admitted he had stopped for dinner, but had not looked at the call in requests for medications. I am not a big fan of these places as a rule, I think your regular doctor knows your history and responds quicker, but this treatment has assured our family of never going back! read more

I guess stitching up a 6 yr old's chin isn't urgent enough. What a POS place this is.

Sitting in the waiting room now and the woman at the front desk was very confrontational with me after I asked where I was in line. I checked in via web and was told to go ahead and come in but I've been sitting here for an hour and a half. What's the point of web check-in then? I understand the clinic is busy but the point of web check in is not to have to wait here. And then for the front desk woman to be outright rude? She even said and I quote "People need to know it's my first day and if they don't know they're about to find out!" loudly enough for all of us in the waiting room to hear her. Ridiculous behavior on her part. read more

I looked online for an appointment on a Tuesday around 5pm. Said there were none available, so I drove to the client to try to walk in.
