They should call it "Care In a While" instead of "Care Now" Did a web check in twice last night and a hand to do another this morning and finally got a call. Nurse very rushed when I one is here. Been waiting over an hour for a doctor. Won't be back read more

The staff at this location is wonderful!!! Latonia Jones at the front desk is full of joy and happiness, you rarely find people these days that understand customer service and she does. She went well out of her way to make me feel as warm and welcomed as possible. I enjoyed talking the intake nurse that took my vitals and Dr. Munoz was awesome. I would recommend this location to everyone I know just so that they could spend some time with Latonia and the rest of the staff!! read more

I have had bad experiences all 3 times I have been here but it's close to work. I did web check in today, they called, I got here within 20 minutes and waited another 25 minutes in line only to find out they cancelled my check in and wanted me to start the process all over again. I'm furious right now. I do not understand why even offer web check in when you have to wait so long after or even worse, still be considered a walk-in read more

Great operation centrally located next to Grapevine Mills shopping center. Excellent web check-in process and then they call you when it's time to come in. Attentive & compassionate staff with healing in mind. They are not primary caregivers but a great alternative to Emergency Rooms. read more

I have used this facility 4 times over 2 years for various needs-sinus infections etc. This visit was for a mild tooth infection. As ALWAYS-I received wonderful care. They are kind professional efficient at all levels and the doctor is a true MD not a PA. He gave great thorough information and treatment and listened well. read more

The staff and doctor at Care Now in Las Colinas, Irving are excellent, professional, caring, and very attentive. They listened to and attended to all of my needs. This location is new and located on the service road of Hwy. 635. The exit would be MacArthur Blvd. coming from the east, and Olympus coming from the west. It is located very close and almost in front of The Dump furniture store. I arrived after 8:00 pm and they were going to close at 9:00 pm that night. They took their time with treating me and made sure I was ok. Doctor Kennex Munez, the nurses, and receptionist are very attentive, caring, and professional. Prices for services offered are explained upfront and very reasonable. I will definitely return when I am sick or hurt. read more

DO NOT go here if you need a COVID test done, the front desk service is horrible, and the doctor wouldn't give me a test, he said bc I had no symptoms after I told the nurse all my symptoms. If you value your time and money, go to a real doctors office read more

This place is a scam. Don't come here. They take your money and refuse to provide a bit of care. I would rate this place in the negatives. I had to ask them to bandage up my bleeding husband after they told him he was free to leave. Really? I had to ask them to cover an open wound?! They couldn't help us because Dr. K Munoz couldn't do anything because it was "out of his scope." All he did was pull on the flap of skin that was cut open and say he can't help us. We have to pay a copay for that???! Absolutely ridiculous.. read more

FYI, Carenow is different from any other doctor's office you've been to growing up. It's better, easier, modern. They could be a primary care physician. I can't think of a reason they couldn't. Just get used to the web check in, you'll like it. Don't wait in the waiting room, not necessary. read more

I had a great experience at this center. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff was professional, patient and friendly. I had a reasonable wait time for a walk-in patient, about 25mins. Dr. Z was great! He was personable and very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, which I appreciated. He spoke to me and with me instead of at me. I really appreciated how thorough he was as well. The nurses were nice as well. Overall, this is probably the best experience I've had at an urgent care. Everyone seemed as though they really cared. I would definitely go back! read more

I've went there for like 5 years or more, and they have always helped me out with exactly what I needed. At the end of your appointment they always provide a sheet of paper that explains the in's and out's of your illness which is nice, and convenient. I also would recommend using their Check In option Online before going in. It saves the waiting time of sitting in the lobby. read more

I'm sitting in the office, for what has now been one full hour, trying to take a drug test for a job. I have to go back to the company afterwards and they must think I'm fucking around and unprofessional because I'm taking so long. The lady at the front desk is just the absolutely least bit helpful and indifferent. read more

My credit card got charged twice and they told me to call the billing department to fix it myself instead of correcting their own mistake. Also I tried to call back to follow up with a question a couple of times, never got to speak to a nurse... read more

I came in to get a DOT physical. There was one person in the waiting area and they told me it would take an hour before they could see me. When they finally did take me to the back I sat in the back room for 30 more minutes before the doctor came in. The physical took less than 5 minutes to preform and then I waited another 30 minutes before they came back in with my papers to sign. They only had one nurse and it was extremely inefficient. If you need medical care do not come here. read more

I was seen in Oct for an Infection - I had burning urination and Dr Gocke just gave me an antibiotic even tho she said "I don't see any cultures in your urine but there is blood in your urine so this should clear it up" that alarmed me! But I trusted the Dr! The antibiotics masked the issue for several weeks and I went back in tonight and told Dr Jason Albers what happened and explained that I wanted a full exam and lab work this time to see exactly what is going on because obviously Dr Gocke prescribed the wrong type of antibiotic and didn't correctly diagnose me. Dr Albers agreed and then left me sitting in an examination room for over TWO HOURS before I finally walked out!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! It's dirty, they keep the AC on ice cold year round in the exam rooms to "prevent spreading germs" because the rooms are filthy! You may not catch the cold the last person had but you will probably wind up leaving with pneumonia! I'm not joking... it was 29 degrees outside and they left me sitting 1/2 naked in the exam room with the AC on for over 40 minutes before I was so angry I just left!!! I'd already did the online check in 3 hours earlier... and still had not been seen!!! What a total waste of time and money!! And MONTHS without CARE!!! If you MUST go to this place DR Rodriguez is the ONLY one here I'd bother seeing!! He is a good Dr! My apologies to you Sir! You really deserve to work in a better place than this!! read more

We first checked in on-line to ensure that we wouldn't have to wait too long at the facility. We received a call saying that we can head over immediately. However after arriving we ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours with no indication of when we would be called in. Why tell us to come immediately when we would be sitting here for so long? What is the point of the online check-in system? Clearly this location needs to work on their operations management in terms of waiting line and patient satisfaction. The staff needs to be trained on how to be more welcoming and receptive to the patients. read more

The office staff and nurses are very sweet. I love the web check in because I was able to wait at my home and be comfortable in my own home instead of the waiting room. The doctor I saw was quick and to the point. The treatment plan was ok and I did get better. Just wish the doctor listened to me a little more. But the nurses were very good! read more

I am extremely grateful for the kindness and great treatment I received tonight. I severely fractured my toe, and the pain was excruciating. I checked in online, and within 5 minutes they called and told me to come on in. They saw me right away. From Yvette the nurse, Zora the x Ray tech, Dr. Rodriguez, and the sweet billing lady who checked me out - everyone was extremely kind and professional. I also found their charges extremely reasonable with their Health Savings program. I limped out after 3 x rays, a boot and two prescriptions only $200 out of pocket. At the ER, it would have been $2000 and I'd still be there. read more

i love carenow for the simple fact that you can check in online & don't have to sit in the waiting room for an hour or so while those around u are coughing & sneezing every where...it's bad enough i feel like crap...why should i breath your germs too lol this particular carenow is close to my job, so this way i don't have to take off work to see a doctor...they call me about 15-20 mins before the dr is ready to see me & i'm literally in & out of here within an hour or so read more

Worst care now I've been too. Girl started talking bad about me as soon as I walked away. I've been here an hour and all I asked was how much longer. Then she went on to talk about how she hates Monday's. It's your job women. Grow up. read more

This doc in the box was slammed busy which I know is out of their control. Their attitude is in their control. Maybe smile more? Make people feel welcome not like they are at a cattle call- which I guess we kind of are when allergy season hits. I don't expect white glove, concierge service here just some warmth and empathy would go a long way. Maybe I am out of line with what to expect. The doctors/nurses are accurate and professional and I felt taken care of properly and all my questions were answered perfectly which I guess is the part that matters. I guess they just could turn and burn with a smile. read more

The girls at the front desk are helpful and we went back while filling out paperwork, the nurse was quick to see us but the doctor took his time. Waiting over an hour to see the doctor in the room when it's past hours is unacceptable. He has 1 other patient; we are waiting another 10 mins then walking out. read more

We have been here for 1 hour an a half. And still waiting. Staff are eating lunch because I can just smell food but not really working.

So I contacted Nathan at Care Now, honestly didn't think this would help. But Nathan took great care of me and got all my results so I can give them to my GI doctor. I wish everyone at this facility was like him. I could tell that he actually cared and was willing to help me. If I could just rate him I would give him 5 stars! Thanks again for all your help! read more

Came here for a drug screen. They aren't even busy, but over an hour to do a simple urine drug screen. I'm loving breathing all these germs from sick people. Oh well, no other choice than to pop the vitamins and pray I don't get sick. Bottom line, if you have the option, call ahead. There is no sense of urgency here at all. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this office! I've only been to this location of CareNow and I will continue to do so! I always leave feeling a lot better than when I walked in. Every year, I notoriously and unluckily get asthmatic bronchitis during the cold weather season, typically in late December-January. Simultaneously, I had been feeling absolutely terrible for the past few weeks this month and after seeing my new primary physician about my concerns and belief that I may be having bronchitis early this year, she wrote me off and said that I just had a minor infection. Even after explaining my doubts due to having chest tightness and having a hard time breathing, she wrote me a list of prescriptions that I've never taken before, all of which did not help relieve my symptoms at all! After a few days of extended chest pain and agony, she finally contacted me back over the phone and then directed me to go to the E.R. because I may have a blood clot in my lung...I have no family history of blood clots. Anyways, after feeling helpless and discouraged due to paying a lot of medical expenses for something that wasn't getting resolved, I finally decided to trust my gut and see the great medical staff at CareNow, after having positive results in the past. First off, the entire medical staff are superb and AWESOME! :D From the front desk to the nurses and Doctors, every one here are really kind and extremely caring! I don't believe I've ever felt so comfortable and important at a Doctor's office before :P I always do a web check-in upon making an appointment, as I find it is easier and more convenient. The clinic is nicely decorated and is very clean as well as organized! There's even a section for kids. Also, Nurse Cindy M. is so so tremendous! :D She is one of the best nurses I've ever experienced and had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Albers is also fantastic! He is highly respectable and intelligent as well as easy to talk to! He explained to me that I may have "intermittent asthma" due to having recurring bronchitis and took the time to explain to me how certain viral infections can trigger an asthma attack, etc. All in all, it's safe to say that I felt better after leaving their office to now, I can now breathe regularly and pain-free :D THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF HERE AT CARE NOW GRAPEVINE!! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!! read more

Dr Albers & his staff were amazing. From the time I mentioned my emergency, they worked me in so I could be seen immediately. When they saw my condition, they showed their concern & empathy. Staff assisted me to the exam room & the bed as i could hardly move due to excruating pain. Dr. Albers was quick to assess my discomfort and quickly offered solutions. They the proper arrangements to ensure I was taken cared of. Though I was not treated, they made a follow-up call to check on my condition. To Dr. Albers & the staff of Grapevine Care Now...thank you so much for your care & concern. One of the best I've ever experienced! read more

This care now is so good that even though I have moved 40 minutes away, I will gladly make the trip for their excellent services! I am in their family discount program and only pay $68.00 per visit, and all tests are discounted too. Since I am self-employed and without health coverage, this is huge for me too! read more

Had to wait a really long time to see someone, even though the place was pretty empty. Front office staff wasn't very helpful and didn't particularly care. read more

The online check-in process at CareNow is very convenient. They called me when they were ready for my appointment. No sitting in a waiting room! Dr. Albers was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and looking for during my exam. He was very cordial and friendly during my visit. I will definitely use CareNow if needed in the future. read more

The nurse Vicky and Dr. Gocke are the reason we never go anywhere else. They are both so nice, extremely professional, and provide us always with the best medical care. My 5yr child is extremely terrified of going to any doctor. He used to have a screaming fit everytime. Since coming here, they have taken all his anxieties away. They really know how to handle children and make them feel comfortable! This is by far the best carenow in the state of Texas!!!!! read more

Had a very bad experience here. I arrived terribly sick - we had no idea how sick. My blood pressure had dropped to 90/50, my heart rate was pounding at over 100, The Dr. ran blood tests, took stool samples. He came back saying my white blood cell count was over 24000, I was so dehydrated that my kidneys had actually started to shut down. The Care Now Dr. gave us two prescriptions to fill and sent me home to drink PowerAid and eat applesauce. The next morning when my condition was still worse I was admitted to the hospital through the ER, into intensive care for a 3.5 day stay and a major drug regamine to overcome a serious c-dif infection. This doctor should have seen from my vitals that he couldn't treat me at Care Now. He should have sent me to the emergency room immediately. Even when my husband and I inquired about IV fluids and the ER he didn't say "yes, go." After 2 weeks of recovery, we discover that they billed our credit card and didn't give us a receipt. My insurance needs the receipt and they won't email it, they won't snail mail it. I have to go back into Care Now, show my driver's license and fill out a form to get a receipt that they should have given when we were there. Terrible customer service, Terrible, terrible medical care.. read more

Had a very positive 'walk-in' experience at this clinic. I registered on-line and contacted me immediately. They told me how long it would take, and they were very accurate. The front desk ladies were friendly and attentive. I think i waited less than 5 minutes, once i got into the room. Doctor was friendly, explained things well, and got me back home pretty quickly. I was really sick, so i really appreciated their kindness. read more

I used to be a fan of this CareNow but the past couple visits have changed that. I did web checkin Friday at 2:30pm. When they finally called me at 5 to come in, I sat in the waiting room with a high fever for 45 mins. After finally going back, I saw the nurse who did a flu test swab abs told me it would be 10 minutes to get results. An hour later I had to go find someone and finally saw a PA who confirmed I had the flu. She told me they would call to check on me in a day or so. Today is day 3 and my symptoms are worse. I tried calling them and they're closed. read more

Horrible service. The girls at the desk are rude so is one of the short brunettes in the back. They act like they don't know anything at the front. I checked in and I went to bring my wife a cup of warm water for my newborn which I informed to the girl at the front and she acted like I never did and then the other female told me I missed my "slot"..the black female is to damn bossy and young. They all act stupid. It's there way or no way bad service. all for a piss test for a job it took 2 hrs 45 min. I'd say they need help read more

I will never go to ANY Care Now again. First, they told me they accepted my insurance over the phone, but then when I showed up they said I still needed to pay full price and that they would work out the co-pay once regular business hours resumed and then mail me a check! I should have known then that I was being scammed. It turns out that they DO NOT accept my insurance, so they proceeded to charge me full price of $143 instead of what is usually a $20 copay! It was my 5 year old child, so I had little choice but to simply hope and trust them. BIG MISTAKE. On top of getting RIPPED OFF by these low-lifes, they are EXTREMELY SLOW. How slow? Well, after checking in online they are supposed to call you and tell you when to come on in so that you do not get stuck in the waiting room for a long time. So after I checked in online they called about 30 minutes later. After we arrived we STILL had to wait for an hour in the waiting room. After they took us to the patient room it was another 30 minutes until the doctor came into the room, and then another 30 minutes just to get checked out. HORRIBLE. But the worst part is that I had to pay full price for this kind of pathetic service. NEVER AGAIN CARE NOW. Now I realize why they asked for full payment upfront; because they know they are in the business to scam people. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC; GO FIND A BETTER ONE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR BUDGET AND YOUR TIME. read more
