I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company. They only charged me an inspection fee for coming out to look at it. Then 7/2026 our AC in the unit wasn't getting cold. The repair person (Rick) found some insulation inside the unit wasn't getting cold blocking the fan and it was also low on refrigerant. I signed up for their twice a year service where they come out in the spring and fall to clean, check, and tune up the unit. That also gave me a discount on the service I'd just received! I can highly recommend their services not only for their quality and professionalism, but also the value!
