They quickly got here and put plastic to cover the house, but we had to run fans for two weeks in the attic to dry it out and had to repaint much of the house. Now 15 years later our 40 year guaranteed roof is leaking and they are claiming to not have been the ones who put it on. I'm guessing they got rid of our paperwork in case black mold or other issues arose due to the water getting in. Be very very careful when dealing with this company. We have called many times and they refuse to call us back.

We agreed on a price and he and his crew showed up about a week later and found the issue to be dirt buildup in the valley flashings. Jeff and his crew removed all the moss growth on the roof, cleaned the debris that was creating a dam in the valley flashing, inspected and repaired what needed repairing on the roof and even cleaned out the gutters. We started this project by filling out a need request here on Yelp. That produced five (5)…read moreestimates from local companies. Of the 5, Pyramid was the lowest estimate and since this was a mandated project from our insurance company and it's an investment property, price was my primary concern. But, they weren't just the lowest, they were the lowest by 20%. Next, they did a great job of explaining things that were new to me or things I wasn't expecting. An example of it is paperwork for the city of Chico. They took care of both permits and the addition documents the city requires. On the start day of the project, they were both on time and ready to jump right in. While I was chatting with Jorge, they almost had the old shingles off the roof. No, they weren't that fast, but it sure felt that way. In fact, Jorge advised that it would take 4 days, yet they were finished in 3. After they had the roof stripped of the old shingles, they found several spots where additional remediation was required including under the roof. They fixed those nicely but didn't charge an exorbitant additional costs. In the end, I'm exceptionally pleased with the result and cost. If you have roofing needs in the Chico area, you should go with Pyramid Roofing.
