Long story short upon discovering a serious leak in my roof during the winter of 2015 we contacted them as they had just put a new roof on our house 3 years prior. They didn't return calls. When we finally did reach them they promised to send somebody out who never showed more than once. After complaining and getting somebody to finally show up they claimed to have fixed the problem. When it rained again a couple of weeks later the leak persisted with fervor. When we called to complain we were told by Bobby Boe that it was not his problem because he had taken the business over from his father Robert Boe and that the warranty provided was something that Robert was responsible for. Ironically Robert was retired and Bobby had taken over the business leaving us no alternative but to deal with Bobby. In the end after my husband happened to run into Bobby in a parking lot and cornered him, we got them to come back out and fix the problem. In the meantime the leak has caused dry rot down an entire interior wall which was made of wood. We told them they were responsible for the damage and they refused to fix it. We called and we called and we called and got no reply or response. Eventually, into 2016 our efforts dwindled as there were other things that came up in our life diverting our attention. Later that year, in the fall, we decided to put our house on the market and the drywall issue cropped up during our pest inspection. We resumed our efforts and it took threatening to turn them into the contractor state board to get them to pay attention to us. It also started raining again and the leak was back. To be honest I don't remember all of the details because there was so much involved, but it was a total nightmare dealing with these people. They actually made the leak worse and fought me on repairing the damage that they caused to my home. I ended up filing with the state contractors board and the BBB , by the way they have an F rating at BBB and I have since heard other horror stories from other homeowners. The contractor board contact them and basically told them fix it. So I ended up dealing with them yet again and this time when they came out to replace the damaged wood siding in my house they created a hole in an adjacent wall. They had the nerve to tell me that the work was completed and yet the new wood was bare and unfinished and there was a gaping hole in my home. And to add insult to injury when it rained again the entire room flooded from the ceiling. When I called them out on this I asked them if this was their home what they consider this job complete and well done. Bobby's response to me included multiple F-word's. He also ask me to reconsider my filing with the contractor board because "[he] had kids and a wife who didn't work"!! And just when you would think it couldn't get any worse, it did. I hired a non related third-party GC to come out and give me his honest opinion about what work needed to be done to right these wrongs. His findings were shocking. He discovered that there were many many things wrong with the roof job as a whole. He discovered that their solution to fixing my leak was to shove a bunch of goop in the shingles and to screw a 2x4 to my roof and an effort apparently to divert water. The list of things that were wrong just goes on and on. In the end we ended up hiring a different roofing company to fix the job properly. I should have just called them in the first place. When I finally made the decision to go with another company because these guys could not and would not right their wrongs , I was so disgusted that I said to Bobby I will see you in court, which I still plan to pursue. His ridiculous answer was "send me your attorneys info I'll give it to mine". What kind of reputable company treats people this way and does this kind of work? The threat of the BBB, the contractor board and an attorney didn't even phase these people. If you know what's good for you you wouldn't touch this company with a 20' pole..

This company I would not recommend because they did not do a good job the first time and I…read morecomplained to Kathleen the owner about it and she sent the crew back out to fix it and found the crew to be very rude like they were unhappy that they had to come back out. If they would of done the job right the first time then they would not of had to come back out. They arrived on Monday 4/5/21 at noon when they were supposed to be here in the morning and the excuse that I got is that they were coming from Chico and there was an accident on the road. So OK, they get here and they start taping the plastic up for the protection of the walls and floor and after they got all the plastic up they left by 3:30 to return the next morning to start insulation. They had not been gone more then 30 min. When piece by piece the plastic that they had just put up started falling down and but the time I got up the next morning ALL of the plastic that they had put up the day before was down on the floor so when they arrived at 10am they had to take the time before starting the insulation to re-tape up all the plastic that they had put up the day before. So Jesus showed up and had the guys get a hotel room in town so that they did not have to travel so far and they could start getting here earlier. During the the time of them being here my daughter was calling and talking to Jesus regarding stuff that was not being done right being that they were not going to be shaving down the insulation and Jesus said that that was not discussed and would not be done and we said that it was discussed and it needed to be done for us to put up sheet rock so he came out here again and talked to the guys and told them to do the shaving. They finall finished up on Sat. 4/10/21 and after they left we noticed that the shaving had not been done properly so I called and talked to Kathleen and she had me send her pics of it and one of the things that stands out that she had asked me was that was I not happy with the look of it for cosmetic reasons or because we are going to put sheet rock up there....WOWWWWW really, I said I am paying almost $12,000. For this and I expect it to be done the right way. She agreed to send the crew back out to finish it the right way so that is when they showed up they were on the rude side except for the one guys Manny that was not here for the install part so he did all the talking for the other guy (can't remember his name) that was the guy that actually did the spraying of the insulation the first time. They started putting all the plastic down again and started doing the shaving and a couple of hrs into it Jesus showed up in his work clothes and started helping them. My daughter and I walked over and stood out on the porch to talk to Jesus and he just totally ignored us so we went back over to the other house and when they were done he waved for me to come over and do the final inspection. It was a lot better and I told Jesus that if it would of been done right the first time then they would not of had to come back. He then asked me for the check for the payment and I said that I would send it in the mail and he said that Kathleen told him to pick it up and I told him that I would not give it to him but I would send it in the mail so he got pissed and called Kathleen and pulled his guys out of the house that were finishing up cleaning and they all got into their trucks and left. My daughter and I came back to the house and all the plastic that was covering my furniture with all the shavings on it were still there on my furniture so we had to take it off and had one hell of a mess that they should of cleaned up but Jesus got a attitude and left without saying another word to us. Wish I would of checked them out better before I hired them. Below are just some of the pics of the job that they said was finished the first time without the shaving.....
