We called to speak to the owner to express our dissatisfaction, were told she who was "on vacation" and she would call us back the following week. This was two weeks ago and still no call. We do not recommend anyone take any clothing item there that needs to be cleaned as we are out $95 plus an additional $75 to have someone else do the job right.
