I thought, maybe this bride was just having a bad day...and I couldn't have been more right. I sought out Kim's shop because she carried a line of dresses that no one else did in a few hundred mile radius, and I was "in love" with this one dress... Well I got there and was very disappointed by the dress, but one look at how much stock they had and I was hopeful...ladies, this dress shop has TONS to choose from. After listening to what I liked about the dress I was "in love" with and what I didn't, Deb came back with 4 dresses for me to try on...the second one was IT. She totally tuned into my body shape and desires. Not only that, but she listened to my sister and I complain about our yo-yo-ing bodies and ordered me a size up, without my knowledge...I know that might have been a bit much for a sales person to do, but guess what??? SHE IS A GENIUS! I needed that size up! They can take fabric in, ladies, but there is not much to let out, let me tell you! The day I showed up to try it on when it arrived I didn't need an appointment and they got me right in and into my dress. When Kim came to take my alteration measurements, she showed my friend a trick with the strapless bra so that it wouldn't sneak out of my strapless dress...never heard of that trick from David's Bridal or anywhere else for that matter (Kim knows what she is doing!). I am a short woman, and all dresses are made for ladies 5'4" to 5'7", so needless to say, there was some hemming going on, which scared my sister because she LOVED the beading all along the hem. Well, Kim did an AWESOME job at maintaining the integrity of the bead-work, you'd think the dress was made for me! All in all, I am glad I didn't listen to someone griping and taking their bad day out on a small business. I am glad I gave Kim Kriner's my trust for my big day!

I purchased a pair of expensive work slacks at banana republic that were slightly too big and a…read morelittle long. tan in color. someone recommended I take the pants to vue so I did. the lady that helped spent about 1 min marking the pants to take them in on the hips and make them slightly shorter. i was shocked it was so fast but i assumed this is her day job so she must be good at it. I returned after a few weeks to pick them up and had planned to wear them at a work meeting the next day. I tried them after paying to make sure they fit properly and they were too small and cropped way too short. I co e hardly zip them up. I told her they were too small and too short but there was no offer to change them the fee was very pricey for a poor job and half the cost of the pants I purchased. she sent me on my way seeming to not understand the situation. After I got home I saw what looks like they tried ironing or steaming the pants leaving a melted line down the pant leg. The pants are basically useless and unworn with an obvious burn mark. I Will not go back to this place. She did not take the time to measure correctly and there was no compensation or refund for ill fitting job. I'm surprised they are still open if they at are ok with this level of quality.

Serious suit sorcery. Our family by and large is a secondhand family. We rarely buy anything brand…read morenew. However, when my son needed a suit for prom and graduation, I wanted to get him something new that could last him a while. However, I have no experience buying suits I have absolutely no idea how to measure one for a suit. Fortunately, Woodland tailoring was recommended to me. We went on a Saturday in April. The place was packed with prom and wedding parties. I was a little dismayed initially, because there were only two gentlemen working and about 30 people in the store. I prepared myself for a wait. Much to my surprise and amazement, the gentleman worked through the line almost magically. After about 10 minutes, it was our turn and it only took a look for him to pull a suit off the rack for my son to try on. No measuring needed he just knew exactly what he needed with a look. That's how you know you are with people who know their stuff! It needed some minor alterations which they do in-house same day!. 30 minutes later, our suit was ready. He threw in a vest and we got a shirt and we were out the door for $210, honestly, that was one of the easiest things we did that day. If you need men's formalwear for any occasion I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic experience!

When I picked it up it was discolored and very obviously not cleaned evenly (they had completely neglected part of the back and under the collar). I immediately brought this to one of the people working there, Tammy, attention. Not only was she extremely rude, but she kept rolling her eyes at me and sighing loudly. Perhaps the icing on the cake was when she pretended to (conveniently) not understand what I was saying to her and started replying to me in Chinese. I was disappointed not only in the quality of their work, but also the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone for that reason alone.
