They actually shunned the use of it, yet they hired me as a graphic designer. Hmmm. There is an old rich asshole who walks around and makes people feel pressured and disrespected all day. And they barely give a 30 minute lunch break to professionals that deserve better. There are no perks, health insurance, 401k... not even a donut day. They don't even have sugar for their coffee. Explains the experience of working there. Very bitter and unpleasant, even for a little while. They judge ppl based on how they look, and I have a disorder called anemia that makes me lose weight, so they put me in the back office at a crappy 2010 iMac with Adobe suite 2019 on it. I am a professional designer with mad skill and these ppl treated me like I was trash. It's 2023 by the way.

I am sorry but "only worked there" is the worst thing you can say to someone you are giving customer service too! It's a way of expressing your attuned about your job! I went in today to drop something off and the girl told me that will be $11. I was like $11 for what I already have a pre-paid RMA form? She said for the box. I said for shipping? She said, no, just for the box. What? $11 just for an empty cardboard box? Then she asked if I wanted peanuts for an additional $8. So $11 just for a box and that doesn't even include packing material?? So don't come here expecting free boxing any more. Apparently that's done and that's not good at all. That was a good service and a large part of why I came here.
