Disregard old reviews. Initially I was hesitant to take my computer here since there are quite a few 1 star ratings on YELP. But I realized they were all old so I gave it a shot. Could not be more pleased. Super nice people, quick, efficient and fair. Got my PC fixed in only 2 days and it's a very high end computer. If you're looking for people who can fix modern computers, gaming or workstation, come here. Was hard to find a repair shop that can work on modern systems so I'm glad I found these guys. Left about $4000 worth of PC in their shop overnight and was fixed the next day. Will be taking my PC back if I ever need help in the future, only place in the area I would trust. read more

This is a shady business. I was dropping off a ps3 for repair and the guy would not record the serial number of my unit on my receipt. I explained to him this was a good business practice and documentation of what I was leaving for repair. He just told me not to tell him how to run his business and flatly refused to give me any documentation of what I was leaving and what he was agreeing to repair. I can only speculate they want to keep the option of substituting something else maybe of lesser value. For whatever reason they have it is not very professional. read more

I am so livid I do not even want to give one star. When I first entered the establishment to get an estimate on my laptop the man helping me spent more time staring my chest than he did actually helping me. When I finally got my computer back my wifi would not work and my control panel(power button, DVD controls, volume, all that jazz) was not even secured down. It was completely bowed out. A problem that was NOT a problem when I dropped it off. When we took it back to address the problems(which were all under warranty) they agreed to fix the wifi but wanted me to pay to fix my control panel. I asked for the boss's number and we were never able to reach him. Six weeks later and I am still having major issues connecting and staying connected to any Internet connection(when others around me on the same wifi have no problems at all), my control panel buttons have to be mashed twice(and HARD) before they work, and six weeks later my computer has just crashed again. I am beyond livid that I have to set foot in there again. Beyond livid that I gave them my money in the first place. A mistake I will surely never make again. read more

The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. They are thieves and dishonest. I took my computer their to be fixed over a year ago and paid $320 for a used computer and they were supposed to transfer the info from my hard drive to the used computer that I paid for. They ended up losing my hard drive. It drug on for a year of them telling me they were looking for it and they had an employee that quit that likely had it. I lost a lot of pictures and info on that hard drive that I can never get back. Then I go by one day and see that they have closed the Youree Drive location and I had no idea where they moved to. I have now found them on Fern Avenue in Shreveport. I spoke with the owner and he has now told me that since it has been so long, he refuses to do anything about it and will not give me my money back or the used computer that I paid for. They have now stolen my property and $320 of my money. I'm guessing my next step will have to be small claims court!!!!! I strongly recommend anyone stay as far away from that shady business as you can. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!! read more
