I have a disability and getting in and out of car is so difficult. The technician met me at my car and took my information and cell phone. It took about 30 min to complete the repairs. He suggested a couple of other improvements. One I accepted. One I decided it could wait...to save money. Long story short (too late) the service was beyond what I expected. It was fast and skillful. He even repaired the extra item at no charge. I would trust him to repair my computer, iPhone or any gadget. He was accommodating of my disability. The part was ordered the next day and I was able to pick it up the second day. A few days after my repair I went on vacation where I swam with my watch on. Something I've done many times before so I wasn't worried until the screen went black and the watch became unresponsive. As soon as I got home I called Hunter at Modern Tech Repair, let him know what happened and took it back to him to check it out. He confirmed that water got into the watch face and fried it. Because it was a watch that he had previously worked on. He wanted to set it right and ordered a new watch for me since my original one was beyond repair.
