She did not have PhotoShop or anything like that for more print options. I was told that to print my files like I wanted them the job would have to go to the art department and I would be charged a $16.50 minimum fee for them just to open the files and print from their better outfitted computer. Why don't they give the customer counter person the tools to actually help customers?

They actually shunned the use of it, yet they hired me as a graphic designer. Hmmm. There is an old rich asshole who walks around and makes people feel pressured and disrespected all day. And they barely give a 30 minute lunch break to professionals that deserve better. There are no perks, health insurance, 401k... not even a donut day. They don't even have sugar for their coffee. Explains the experience of working there. Very bitter and unpleasant, even for a little while. They judge ppl based on how they look, and I have a disorder called anemia that makes me lose weight, so they put me in the back office at a crappy 2010 iMac with Adobe suite 2019 on it. I am a professional designer with mad skill and these ppl treated me like I was trash. It's 2023 by the way.

I have a disability and getting in and out of car is so difficult. The technician met me at my car and took my information and cell phone. It took about 30 min to complete the repairs. He suggested a couple of other improvements. One I accepted. One I decided it could wait...to save money. Long story short (too late) the service was beyond what I expected. It was fast and skillful. He even repaired the extra item at no charge. I would trust him to repair my computer, iPhone or any gadget. He was accommodating of my disability. His location is right across the street from the main Post Office in the Heart of Bossier shopping center.

I had the good fortune of having Mike come out to our home in Bossier recently to diagnose an issue…read morewith the ice machine on our GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. I called him in the morning one day after researching several other local appliances repair companies, and he was able to come out that very same afternoon. He was so personable and friendly, and within 5 minutes, he knew what was wrong with it. It was a very simple fix, and when he was ready to leave, he told me there would be no charge. I couldn't believe my ears. Any other company would have charged a minimum service fee, no questions asked. That really made an impression on me. A couple of weeks later, I called him again to check out 2 refrigerators we have that weren't cooling. Again, he made time to come to our home that very same day. He was here for 3 hours and worked diligently the entire time. By the time he left at 8pm, he had one fridge completely fixed and the other one accurately diagnosed with the part needed to fix it. The fee he charged us that evening for 3 hours of work was more than reasonable. The next morning, my husband went to pick up the part we needed at the supply store Mike recommended to us . In addition, with Mike's instructions. he was able to install it himself, which saved us some money. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Mike has provided to us and would not hesitate to call him again for any home appliance issue. In my opinion, he is the standard by which other companies should aspire to. I highly recommend him.

He searched the outside of the house and located a place where it could have gained entry. I had expanding foam on hand already, so he recommended I use that to plug the gap. She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did.
