Nothing but great things to say. I initially went in just needing a new screen for my Apple Watch…read more I had beaten it up pretty badly. The part was ordered the next day and I was able to pick it up the second day. A few days after my repair I went on vacation where I swam with my watch on. Something I've done many times before so I wasn't worried until the screen went black and the watch became unresponsive. As soon as I got home I called Hunter at Modern Tech Repair, let him know what happened and took it back to him to check it out. He confirmed that water got into the watch face and fried it. Because it was a watch that he had previously worked on. He wanted to set it right and ordered a new watch for me since my original one was beyond repair. It's so refreshing to find someone who stands by their work and is willing to do what's necessary to make things right.

After examining it he felt the face needed to be replaced and wrote up a ticket for a replacement after taxes of just over $ 150.00. After a couple of days got a call and said the tablet was fixed and would only charge me $ 32.00. He did not order a new face but did take the tablet apart and did a hard reset that took care of the problem. I give Levi and The Broken Phone 5 stars. Service was polite and most of all...HONEST. I took my phone in today to have a screen repaired. I actually was shocked to find that it was only…read morea screen replacement that my phone needed, but it was that one thing that was needed to take my phone from not working at all to working again. The cost is so reasonable. I have taken my cell phones for screen replacements elsewhere at least 5 times in the last 10 years, and it has cost me $200 each time; granted, this is in California, but still, you get my point, Broken Phone's cost was very reasonable. Next, I'll take my computer in, now that I know he repairs those, also.
