Despite this, management refused to provide an estimated completion date, replacement, or reimbursement. When escalated to Asurion Corporate Store Resolutions (Case Manager Kadrain H.), corporate repeatedly confirmed in writing that because this location is an 'independently owned and operated franchise,' corporate cannot enforce a resolution until the local store owners choose to cooperate--which they have refused to do for weeks. Holding customer property for over four months, causing further hardware damage, and ignoring both the customer and corporate escalation is an egregious failure of basic service and safekeeping.
