They scam you!!! Please do not go I warn you, I paid 48 for a screen protector and a phone case but never received it after I paid.

I can speak for only myself and my own experience, but the service here was honestly pretty good, they were patient even as I called almost every day asking for updates. The nature of my case was that my Gaming Pc was blue screening and crashing, so I took it in for a diagnostic and it took a day or two. They ended up finding out what was wrong and fixed the problem in a couple days time. They actually fixed an additional problem I was having that I wasnt expecting to have fixed as well. I needed my screen replaced and after it was replaced I've had problems every since. The manager would tell me my phone would be ready and it never was. Everytime I get my phone back it was something else wrong with it. It had been taken apart so much they were just throwing it back together. Don't ever take your electronics here. Would not recommend bringing your electronics here. We had an absolutely horrible experience. We dropped off our iPad over a month ago for a faulty charging port and they kept pushing back the day that it was going to be ready. On top of not picking up the phone half the time we tried calling, they would tell us they would call us and never would. There was an excuse for every time we were told the iPad wasn't ready. We were finally told it would be ready on a certain day during a specific timeframe, but it wasn't. We were then told it would get dropped off for us at lunchtime the next day since the manager was going to an offsite consult. It never happened. We called to make sure it would be ready for pickup the next day and were told yes. Walk in the next day, and they are still trying to pick off glue from the iPad and there was no screen protector on it like they promised there would be. So the fact that they were still messing with it when we tried to pick it up meant it was never ready in the first place. This has been such a stressful experience since we use the iPad everyday for work, but haven't been able to because we were jerked around for so long. read more

This place is crooked as HELL, took my computer to switch mine to one he was selling me. Two months later, after telling me it would take a week my husband went and got ours back after many lies and much wasted gas. The password I used to open my computer "mysteriously was attached to an Xfinity account along with my cell number to someone in Pennsylvania, I'be never used that password for Xfinity. This place repaired my son's Nintendo Switch Lite (September 2021). Everyone that I interacted with was courteous and helpful. I dropped it off at the beginning of the week and it was repaired by the end of week. I was given that time frame up front. I told the man that cashed me out that I would leave a review and I'm just doing what I said I would do.
