While I was overseas on a vacation I was having connection problems with my iPhone. Although I had paid for the International Day Plan as well as the Basic Cruise Plan, I was having major problems connecting with friends and relatives. I returned from overseas on 4 November 2024 and decided to stop by the AT&T Store to see if they could help. Before I even finished explaining to Val the problems I was having, she already knew what to do and in only a few short minutes she determined that AT&T for some unknown reason had "Blocked /Suspended" the Data for my number. Val unblocked my number immediately and instantly fixed my problems. I cannot say enough great things about this young lady. She's extremely smart and professional and she is a great asset to your company. If I were to ever own a business I could only hope to have an employee like her.

I suppose they think music blasting is pleasurable but i assure you it isn't. The workers wander around the store checking customers in while other workers service them. The wifi was out when i went in. How the hell is the internet out at a phone/ internet store? All of that is secondary. The main thing is they never give correct information. I added a line to my dad's account back in June and traded a phone in to get a free phone for him with the promotion. I'm still getting billed for the phone after the 3 billing cycles they said it would take for the credit to appear. AND the phone line is more expensive than i was quoted. I called att and they said they weren't sure why i was quoted what i was quoted, and that was wrong. So then i had to go into the store to cancel. They were supposed to check in on it and get back with me. That was before Christmas. I'm canceling everything as of today. I'm so sick of this. If they try to charge a fee i will contact the public service commission. I have all of my paperwork from the transactions and am angry.
