Apparently they came in May 23rd and even tho the manager said they called me (and clearly did NOT) it's not their policy to call again even if the product has been in the office for almost 4 months. This is bad business and lying to the customer's face is also not ok. I will NOT be back. Too bad, because Dr Fountain is the sweetest. I highly recommend her expertise but don't count on the office manager to do her job well and maybe try to call more than once... even tho that didn't happen at all to begin with. Most eye clinic schedules 15 min per patient, but he gives least 30 min per patient so he is not rushed. He was the one that found a tiny little cataract in one of my 15 year old son's eye, and checks it yearly to make sure nothing changed. He has great bed side manner and very patience. He may exhibit skill in the surgery room, but in the examining room, he's lacking. I saw him three times outside cataract surgery and each time I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful he was to me. My husband, who came with me to every exam, used the words "curt" and "difficult". If I had know that he had such bad bedside manners, I would never have chose him as my surgeon. There are other good eye surgeons in the area that, simultaneously, are nice people. I regret that I did not use one of them.
