I had to return to have my eyes rechecked and was given a NEW prescription. After all of this inconvenience, I STILL do not have my eyeglasses. What made the situation even more concerning was that while I was there getting my eyes rechecked, I personally observed other customers who were also there because they were having issues with their prescriptions and needed to have their eyes rechecked. That definitely did not give me confidence in the service I received. The customer service was just as disappointing. The store was dirty, and the manager, Hailey, was extremely rude. I also witnessed her being rude and condescending toward an older gentleman who was trying to address his concerns. The way he was spoken to was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Even though I've been wearing glasses for 20+ years, it still grosses me out to have exams, and my eyes are extremely sensitive to light and air. Don't even get me started on the thought of touching my eyeballs or putting eye drops in - blecchh!! Dr. Troup was amazing! He put me at ease and was gentle, patient and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone of any age. Dr. Troup made my anxiety disappear with his soothing voice, calm demeanor and life stories. I felt like I was visiting an old friend. I had an excellent experience at the eye doctor for the first time in my life!! In selecting eyeglass frames, the optician Tre Mack was incredibly helpful and informative. Tre's knowledge and expertise helped me select the best frames and lenses for my strong prescription, and he explained each option in detail. My eyeglasses came from the lab in total perfection and I could not be more pleased. I had some issues with the sunglasses I ordered, and they had to be sent back twice. With Tre's help, I finally selected a different frame, hoping it was perhaps the size or curvature of the lens causing distortion. Success on the 3rd try! Obviously, that wasn't the Optical Department's issue, and had to do with their lab. Anyone who has been wearing a high index prescription for a long time, understands the complexity of finding just the right size lens to accommodate your needs and Rx. Tre Mack made the experience pleasant, apologizing repeatedly for the lab's error. He stayed on top of my order and made sure I was notified immediately when my glasses arrived in the store. His attention to detail, kind personality, professionalism and optical knowledge made what could have been a very frustrating experience an enjoyable one. He is the epitomy of 'Service with a Smile'. Apparently they came in May 23rd and even tho the manager said they called me (and clearly did NOT) it's not their policy to call again even if the product has been in the office for almost 4 months. This is bad business and lying to the customer's face is also not ok. I will NOT be back. Too bad, because Dr Fountain is the sweetest. I highly recommend her expertise but don't count on the office manager to do her job well and maybe try to call more than once... even tho that didn't happen at all to begin with. Most eye clinic schedules 15 min per patient, but he gives least 30 min per patient so he is not rushed. He was the one that found a tiny little cataract in one of my 15 year old son's eye, and checks it yearly to make sure nothing changed. He has great bed side manner and very patience. All is staff is very nice and easy to talk to, there is not a single rude employee at his office. We love Dr. Silverblatt!

He may exhibit skill in the surgery room, but in the examining room, he's lacking. I saw him three times outside cataract surgery and each time I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful he was to me. My husband, who came with me to every exam, used the words "curt" and "difficult". If I had know that he had such bad bedside manners, I would never have chose him as my surgeon. There are other good eye surgeons in the area that, simultaneously, are nice people. I regret that I did not use one of them.
