Most eye clinic schedules 15 min per patient, but he gives least 30 min per patient so he is not rushed. He was the one that found a tiny little cataract in one of my 15 year old son's eye, and checks it yearly to make sure nothing changed. He has great bed side manner and very patience. Pretty standard stuff. Picked out glasses. Still standard. I was told my glasses would be in in about 1to 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by. I call on 7/4/2025. and I am told that they have to get in contact with the insurance company. Not sure why since I was charged $167 for my glasses. I then proceed to wait another week and decided to wait until Monday to drive over and speak to someone in person. I was told the same thing. Let me call the insurance company. The lady then proceeded to tell me to give her a week. I did. Still no glasses a week later. I call in again and was told the same exact thing. Now here's the kicker: I called one more time and the lady Marie said my glasses would be in transit and give it a couple days. I gave it 3 days. On 7/31/2025 I called to inquire about my glasses AGAIN! I was told by Marie that they should be in shortly and I would get a text. I had to be to work at 3 that day. I got a text from Eye Central at 3:25 pm stating my glasses were ready for pick up. Couldn't get there so I decided I would wait until the next day. Myself and 3 other people were at Eye Central's office and nothing. No one said anything? No one called us or even put anything on social media that the offices were closed. Poor communication all around. And here it is Monday August 4th and the office was closed still. I was there at 7:55 am and waited until 8:30 am to drive off. Suffice it to say, I will NOT be coming to this place ever again!
