Needs to be more professional and when the diluted my eyes the let me drive right after and I could not see to drive my husband was pretty upset because it was not safe then I went and picked out frame and was talked into getting two pair bottom line is that both pair were the same proscription why would that be I did not need to pair I was told one would be for driving and the other would be for reading it's not a fashion thing it's wanting to see better so I called them kept me on hold for 20 minutes never came back to resolve my issue so I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone so looks like I'm stuck with two pair of not so happy glasses I would like to get only what my ins. I called yesterday and and the woman on the phone hung up on me, mid sentence. Called back and she said they accepted my vision insurance and said I would have to come in because it was a hippa violation over the phone, I get that and said ok. Went there today the woman at the desk was throwing frames in the plastic container asked if she could help me. I told yes, I would like to make an appointment to get glasses and contacts, she said, I'm gonna have to come back in the morning between certain times. I asked do y'all schedule appointments? She said no, you have to go to youree dr, call them. I asked about insurance and she was very rude and said "all these questions you asking me, I'll have to find more information, but yes we accept your insurance, but you need to go to youree dr, he might be able to see you today!" No help whatsoever, rude unprofessional, I will not go here again. Made an eye appointment with much more friendly people down the street. read more

This store used to be very good. Now, no. Employees are on their phones and don't ask if they can be service. Also, it took two weeks to get two pair of glasses. So, no more going here. read more

Went in at 5 pm, got two pairs of high quality glasses for $40 and they were seriously ready in 20 minutes! My daughter broke her glasses at school, we got the script faxed, glasses picked out and out by 5:40. 5 stars. read more
