The lady was very rude, I left store but as I was leaving I really got mad because she didn't bother to ask if I wanted to order any uniforms. I been shopping at Cindy's for years way before the owner Cindy died! She had a sweet Bruce that worked there, miss her great friendly customer service. So I leave and go to another uniform store and they're prepared for the payroll deduction with uniforms galore. I told the cashier about my experience @Cindy's and she tell me a customer just left buying uniforms, and she order uniforms/shoes from Cindy beginning of year items never made it to store and she was told she cannot get a refund! I go to work the following day and two of my coworkers tell me the exact same thing their merchandise never made it and they canning get a refund! After hearing those three stories I was no longer mad the rude employee didn't ask me if I wanted to order uniforms but it's just not right to take customer's money and then tell them no refund! WTH she haven't met the right customer yet! Whatever you do just don't order anything from Cindy's because that rude lady will not refund your money!

No, they aren't the cheapest in town, but you're also paying for quality products that actually last, unlike other school uniform companies in town whose products fade and barely last a semester of school. You truly do get what you pay for. They know this and they treat their customers like crap. I've been doing business with them for years because I have no other choice, if I had any other options, I would absolutely take them. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly on the market in this area.

Upon recommendation of my wife's coworker, we stopped by this new store although I personally didn't expect that we would have success. I envisioned cluttered worn out smelly gear and I wasn't THAT cheap. Upon entering, we encountered very friendly and helpful employees. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge. They escorted us straight to what we asked about and picked out what they had in his size. They have new gear at good prices but all of their well organized used gear is clean and very lighty used at excellent prices. Everything is well marked for sizes and easy to locate. We picked up his entire uniform, used cleats, shorts, shirt, and new shin pads for no more than we would have paid for just his cleats anywhere else in town. I can't speak much about the prices on the rest of the store. We were in a hurry and they were closing soon but I did see a ton of other sports gear from football to golf and a lot of exercise equipment. I plan to go back soon when I have more time to explore. The employees were upbeat and extremely helpful but not at all pushy. This will definitely be our first stop the next time we need sports gear. They accept your lightly used gear but I haven't tried that yet so I don't know how generous they are in that aspect but I know they have to make a profit and still be able to sell at these attractive prices. I did post a pic of a flier they had explaining the process.
