After examining it he felt the face needed to be replaced and wrote up a ticket for a replacement after taxes of just over $ 150.00. After a couple of days got a call and said the tablet was fixed and would only charge me $ 32.00. He did not order a new face but did take the tablet apart and did a hard reset that took care of the problem. I give Levi and The Broken Phone 5 stars. Service was polite and most of all...HONEST. Levi, thanks again.

The cost is so reasonable. I have taken my cell phones for screen replacements elsewhere at least 5 times in the last 10 years, and it has cost me $200 each time; granted, this is in California, but still, you get my point, Broken Phone's cost was very reasonable. Next, I'll take my computer in, now that I know he repairs those, also.

On the way out of town coming to Benton, I had stopped at my local repair shop in Houston, who tried to convince me that the 10 year old Hoover was beyond repair (it actually looks much newer than a decade old). They then tried to sell me a series of reconditioned vacs ranging from $550-$1K. I declined, put the machine in the trunk, and left town. Happened by this place in Bossier. They immediately agreed to look at it, took it apart, cleaned it, checked everything, tested it, and said "this is an excellent vacuum." It is now operating just fine. Thank you, guys!
