She came over for an evaluation for pricing, even before that gave a ballpark estimate. She showed up on time and communicated really well on when she was heading my way and arriving. She worked hard the whole day!! I could instantly smell the house being 10x cleaner before she even started downstairs! Everything was place back in original spot and she made it look like she was here but not here at the same time! I'm OCD so I get picky about things not being back in their original spot and she definitely took her time making sure if she moved something it went right back. You can see the clean without having to get up close. She took a lot of pride in each step of the cleaning leaving no surface untouched! She made the bathtub that rarely gets used shine! The drain had a reflection on the side of the tub! She's literally not even finished but I just couldn't even wait to post a review that's how awesome of a job she did. I had the good fortune of having Mike come out to our home in Bossier recently to diagnose an issue…read morewith the ice machine on our GE side by side refrigerator/freezer. I called him in the morning one day after researching several other local appliances repair companies, and he was able to come out that very same afternoon. He was so personable and friendly, and within 5 minutes, he knew what was wrong with it. It was a very simple fix, and when he was ready to leave, he told me there would be no charge. I couldn't believe my ears. Any other company would have charged a minimum service fee, no questions asked. That really made an impression on me. A couple of weeks later, I called him again to check out 2 refrigerators we have that weren't cooling. Again, he made time to come to our home that very same day. He was here for 3 hours and worked diligently the entire time. By the time he left at 8pm, he had one fridge completely fixed and the other one accurately diagnosed with the part needed to fix it. The fee he charged us that evening for 3 hours of work was more than reasonable. The next morning, my husband went to pick up the part we needed at the supply store Mike recommended to us . In addition, with Mike's instructions. he was able to install it himself, which saved us some money. I really appreciate the excellent customer service Mike has provided to us and would not hesitate to call him again for any home appliance issue. In my opinion, he is the standard by which other companies should aspire to. I highly recommend him.

Discovered a large snake skin in my attic. Called Anti-pest. They arrived within the hour…read more Informed me that type of snake is not poisonous and is no longer in the attic. He searched the outside of the house and located a place where it could have gained entry. I had expanding foam on hand already, so he recommended I use that to plug the gap. He even took the skin away for me. He was so professional, courteous, and informative. I truly appreciated the quick response. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.
