Established in 1982.

Since our company's founding in 1982, we have experienced a great deal of growth. We have taken over the customer's printing accounts from several area print shops that have closed in recent years, such as J&M Graphics in Greenwood, Bradley Printing in Marshall, and Barrett Enterprises' EconoPrint in Longview. The Print Shop has created a spot in the local print market that separates us from other area printers. We are a family owned and operated shop with clients ranging from large corporations to antique shops to school districts and local government offices located not only around East Texas, but in many states across the country.

Needed to replace a 20 yr. old dying hot water heater. Soon learned that most hot water heaters…read moreare now manufactured overseas and have limited life expectancies, warranties, and lots of problems. After extensive research I decided to go with a Bradford White (BW) replacement. Their hot water heaters are manufactured in the USA and have excellent reviews. Then I learned that they must be installed by a BW qualified plumber. More research led to Dewayne Holder who was also recommended by Kieth AirConditioning as one of "two of the best plumbers" in Marshall, Texas and known for their honesty. A recommendation like that from Keith AC in Marshall is "top of the line", the very best! Dewayne lived up to his reputation. He is modest, polite, and professional. He drained, disconnected and disposed of the old tank quickly, cleaned the tank closet, installed a rectangular water pan made specifically to fit beneath the new tank in the closet. It was a perfect fit! Dewayne then installed the new tank, tested it and made sure that everything was working to specifications. He helped me complete the warranty (with a 4 year extension to 10 year coverage) working with BWs' Warranty Department on-line. In a relatively short period of time we had a new working hot water heater up and running! He then re-sealed a troublesome, leaking commode, and stabilized and reinforced a loose drain pipe under our kitchen sink to prevent further leaking. He cleaned everything as he worked! All said, it was a good day! Dewayne got a lot accomplished and his bill was very reasonable. If you live in East Texas in the Longview, Tyler, Shreveport, Marshall - Jefferson areas, we highly recommend Dewayne Holder Plumbing...and also Bradford White hot water heaters and related equipment. Upon finding out that the website we paid a significant sum of money for would not be updateable with new pages unless we paid an exorbitant amount of money to Relidy to do this for us, we had to hire another web designer to transfer our site to an open platform, so that we could add and edit pages and content, which of course any business needs to do with their website. Need a simple landing page for a Google Adwords campaign? Extra charge! Need a new page for a new product or service you offer? Extra charge! What has prompted this review several years after doing business with Relidy is we recently offered them another opportunity to send us our original brochure files, filled with mostly our own imagery, so that we could make a few minor updates before reprinting them. Apparently, I was naive to think that their policies had changed in the ensuing years. Extra charge! To date, they have thus far refused to give us the original files that we paid for in full. They will tell you that this policy is an industry standard, but I assure you, it is not. No web or graphic designer that I have ever spoken to has this as a policy because it's essentially attempting to keep business by holding the client hostage. That's bad business and I highly urge you to run far away from these folks.

They came recommended from the company moving us, to come pack our house up. Initially, there was…read moregreat communication. They responded back the same day and set up a time to come look at the house and give us a quote. He came out on Thursday and said he would call us on Friday with a quote. Wife and I had agreed we were going to use them, just wait and hear back. Friday came and went with no call. I waited until Saturday and nothing. I emailed the guy that came out to our house. Nothing. I then emailed the owner. Nothing. On Sunday, our moving company called and I explained I had not heard back from packers. He said he would call them. A few hours later, the owner responded with an email asking if we ever heard from the worker that came to our house. The owner explained he was out of town with a sick family member. I responded back that I understood completely but would love to get the quote back and get busy since our move was happening in a couple of days. No response again, from anyone. So we decided at last minute to pack our house and get it ready in two days! Communication has been horrible. The owner seems like a good guy and I understand he has a sick family member. But this is more about his worker that came out and never responded back. It has now been 4 days and we move in 24 hours.

Had a 10 x 15 Storage Unit that I needed contents moved 8 miles down the road. All contents were…read moresecurely boxed and wrapped - so nothing movers had to do but pick up and relocate. Original quote was no more than half a day (which I thought was a stretch). They charge by the hour. They arrived at the storage unit at 10:00am. SEVEN HOURS LATER I was presented the invoice that included the time to go get a flat fixed, the hour lunch time, AND the time they spent trying to get the trailer out of the front yard after getting stuck. One star is a stretch....but the two young men that loaded and unload were nice guys. AND they called when they were on their way and were on time. ONLY positives.
