They have notary services here. There is a sweet and kind lady named Janis Stanton that sits right and the front waiting to help you. She works from 10:00-1:00 each day. It was so quick, it took me 10 minutes in and out and the price was great!!! read more

Absolutely the most horrible and rude store owner I have ever encountered!!! Very unhelpful. Ripped me off by reprinting shipping labels that were not needed and not asked for because I brought in labels with me, and then charged me for reprinting them. Proceeded to scream and berate me over the phone when I called back to question about the need for reprinting the shipping labels. Refused to refund me. read more

The store was very busy. Except for the little old lady at the public notary desk. I was amazed at how many services the UPS store offers. My problem was that I had an Amazon trade in to send back but my printer was broken. No problem, they took my phone, found the email, printed it out and I was on my way within ten minutes. I live in north Shreveport, and this is approximately the closest UPS store to me. I don't mind the drive, I usually handle all of my business in bossier, near this location. I've never had any issues. Staff was always helpful. They're my go to for Amazon returns!!! read more

If I didn't have to give 1 star I wouldn't. This place is in shambles. No help whatsoever. Associates lock doors early and turn away customers. They don't look out for customers and just look at you like you're a nuisance to their day. Owner getting frustrated and 0 help to the customer. This place NEEDS help and new management. Not reliable at all. They take it upon themselves to close whenever they want. Maps and the UPS website says they close at 6:30 weekdays. I went to drop off packages for my small business and they locked the doors at 4pm. Zero warning. When I called the lady lied and said the "closes at 4:30" times are on the website. I checked and it says 6:30. Just not reliable at all. read more
