I texted so he could see what I saw. He called to confirm he'd come out. I figured I'd have to wait until Monday... Nope. He called before arrival to give notice how far away he was before pulling up. He didn't abuse my folks huge cat. He entertained the great niece with no worries and it shocked me as she talks to no one. On to the Business: 1. Fair pricing 2. Prompt with the work 3. Professional and cordial. I asked what other services are offered as we don't have any AV needs. Ceiling fan installation. Can change switches not the electrical part I just need to switch all from flip switches to panel style. And, they handle plugs/jack/outlets. I'd like to swap the regular outlets for USB INCLUDED power outlets. Either way, I recommend their work and services.

Exceptional Service & Unwavering Integrity…read more I have had the privilege of working with Lacy, the owner of Polished Cleaning, since 2016, and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most honest, dependable, and compassionate professionals I have ever met. When I was moving from my home of 40 years, it was an emotional and overwhelming process. Lacy not only packed and moved my belongings with care, but she also sat with me, sorting through years of memories, helping me decide what to keep, donate, or pass along. She understood the sentimental weight of the situation and handled everything with such kindness and patience. Beyond being an exceptional cleaner, Lacy is a phenomenal organizer. When I moved into my new home, I didn't have the financial means to hire a professional organizer, but Lacy, who has that expertise, took the time to teach me how to manage my new space efficiently. She helped me adjust to a different layout with less storage, guiding me on how to maintain order in a way that worked for my new home and lifestyle. Lacy's honesty and trustworthiness are unmatched. I have never once questioned the security of my belongings in her care. She is meticulous, reliable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Recently, when I needed her services again, I was appalled to see a negative review that in no way reflects the Lacy I know. I can only assume that person was not speaking about the same hardworking, ethical, and kind-hearted individual who has been a blessing in my life. I would gladly provide a personal reference for Lacy at any time. If you are looking for someone who will treat your home with respect, provide top-notch cleaning and organization, and be a trustworthy presence in your life, Lacy is the one to call. Polished Cleaning is more than just a cleaning service--it's a company built on integrity, and I cannot recommend Lacy highly enough.

She is a personal inspiration to me. She's overcame situations that would have broken someone else. And she's taken negatives and turned them into positives through her business and I'm appalled by that negative review left. What I see is not a sticky fingered cleaning lady but a shady person building a case for insurance fraud. Lacy has ten years in business and never a theft complaint EVER!!! And had she done that she would have been arrested and no longer in business..Lacy takes pride in her work and her customers trust and satisfaction is what she prides the most. I don't see a victim I see a predator a con artist and someone who would sue anyone for personal gain. I know this business and would trust Lacy with my belongings and families! I checked for myself after reading that and Lacy has been cleared of any wrong doing in that matter. I highly recommend and support this business
