I am not familiar w Shreveport & the surrounding areas, & I found myself needing this company to pick up something for me. Unfortunately, they aren't the "Postmates" type of courier service, but the man who answered the phone was more than helpful & even checked to make sure with his supervisor before he told me. read more

We lost a phone at the Shreveport airport. After flying home (across the country) and realizing our mistake, we called around for local courier services. ASAP was the only one to pick up the phone. They picked up the phone and shipped it same day and called with tracking. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, they picked up every time we called, they knew what they were doing, they were quick and efficient and only asked necessary questions, and everything they told us would happen happened. I know they handle bigger logistics than this, but was very impressed by their ethic and capability. read more

Her rudeness was only surpassed by the carrier that brought my package and then laughed at me as she took it back and put on the order that it was refused. She had misunderstood when I her if she could in the future deliver to the front door. She immediately picked up the heavy package and took it back to her truck and told me I could pick it up in Shreveport if I wanted it, which is 45 minutes away from me and I have a broken leg and was in a mobility scooter while she did this. I immediately called the Greenwood Road location and they told me they had read the report and I was banned from getting any future FedEx deliveries because this young lady was afraid for her life! I was then told there would be an investigation opened at my request. I have camera video of her tantrum and then iPhone video of her taking my package and me begging her to bring it back. She's in the report from a that I could pick up later to sending it back to the shipper. I have everything on video and my conversation with the who was an absolute she would not listen. She said she already knew the story because her carrier wrote it down unbelievable.
