Within 24 hours Cody gave me a highly competitive estimate for installing two new Toto toilets that I had ordered from the factory. Even though the toilets had not been delivered yet, he worked with me on the timing by scheduling an appointment contingent upon their arrival in time.Luckily,the toilets arrived in time and so did Cody and his assistant. He arrived early and made some additional recommendations (replacing the old valves) and explained why he was making those recommendations. He did not insist I needed to replace them--no pressure to add to the job and bill. I respected his professionalism so agreed to replace the valves. highly responsive to the yelp inquiry and quoted a reasonable fixed price. i booked the appointment immediately via text for a 2 hour window two days away. the crew had a cancellation on another job, so cody texted me to let me know that they would be a bit early, which was awesome. the guys were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and very efficiently installed a range hood, cooktop, microwave, and microwave trim panel in about two hours. they even had the gas line and power cable in stock on their truck that i hadn't purchased since i had no clue what i needed. their workmanship was impeccable: super neat and precise. they even figured out a really elegant solve to create a bit more room for the microwave's power cable which was in a different position than the old one which didn't require any cutting or pinching of cables. what's impressive is that they paid that much attention to detail on something that isn't even visible once installed. the guys were also super diligent about cleaning up after themselves, even vacuuming out any dust or debris in the cabinets. they accept pretty much every form of payment, so paying via venmo using their QR code was a snap. in a world of unfortunately crappy contractors, installation pros stands heads and shoulders above with their service and expertise. i would recommend them without reservation. read more
