They provided white glove service from quotation all the way through installation. I was simple to book a same day inspection and quote request for a new HVAC unit online. The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning. The crane was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve's 5 Star Service. They offer a service membership for less than $20 a month to handle HVAC tune ups, water heater flushes, and any service needs. You read that correctly, they also do plumbing! They will now be my go to for any plumbing needs. I'm due for a new water heater and I will be contacting them in the near future to handle my replacement. Steve's 5 Star Service took such great care of my baby girl and I during the heat. They were urgent to get us some reprieve from the heat and cool air into our home again. The owner, Christian, came out to give us an estimate on a problem with the shower not shutting…read moreoff. He explained that since we live in an old house, the parts would take a day or so to find. Other plumbers have told us, "No one makes the old parts anymore, we'll need to replace the whole valve system as opposed to just rebuilding." Christian knew his stuff & said if we replace everything it will cost more but rebuilding will save you money. It will take a day or so to get the parts. The parts are always available, you just have to find the right supplier. Anthony showed up right on time with a helper. He explained everything, & completed the valve repair on the shower. They cleaned up after themselves & left no mess for me to clean. My Hubby asked him to check the 2nd bathroom toilet which had been running. They replaced the float mechanism, angle stop, & the wax seal at the floor which also had been leaking. As they were getting ready to go we heard a loud beeping coming from under the kitchen sink... I'd forgotten we had a small water leak detector under there. Garbage disposal was leaking, and the 55 year old sink was rusting & leaking. Gave us an estimate for repairing problems. I asked for a estimate to replace entire sink, faucet & disposal. Anthony came back a few days later to work in the kitchen.. Christian, the owner, was in the area, so he stopped by & joined Anthony & they replaced kitchen sink, faucet & garbage disposal & re-hooked up the dishwasher & the reverse osmosis water softener tank... I was a little skeptical because in the past other plumbers have not wanted to get under that sink & mess with everything. Cruz plumbing guys were professional, knowledgeable, courteous & clean... Oh my, everything is so shiny & new, & I now have a new faucet that pulls out & it has a button that allows me to spray, too!!
