George and Eric arrived on time and did a quick and precise job (2 1/2 hours!) of installation and of hauling away the 4 old appliances. I went downstairs to turn the power and water on/ off for them. Hopefully, that saved them some time. My only comments for improvement would be: 1. Be really careful about where you put the parts you remove. They dropped a hose clamp into the disposall. Made a huge racket when I turned it on, but fortunately I was able to stop it before major damage occurred. 2. Try checking over your work area when you leave. I understand why they won't wear booties on the shoes (slip hazard) but it would be nice to pick up some of the shavings when you're done. That would save the customer some cleanup time. I purchased an OTR Microwave from Lowe's and they contracted with Installation Pros to do the install. The company called me the Friday before, with the window apointment time on Monday. The technician, Misael arrived on time. He was extremely professional and friendly. When he removed the old OTR Microwave (different brand), he noticed that the replacement microwave wasn't as deep as the old one. He was prepared with a solution and made the modification so the appliance was secure in the cabinet space against the wall, and would function properly. After the installation was completed, he cleaned up the area where he worked and removed the old appliance and packing box for the replacement. These guys are fantastic. They provided clear & reasonable pricing upfront. I had them come out to replace a built-in cabinet wall oven/microwave combo & replace a range hood. They were the only ones that I found that could install the oven when cabinet modifications were needed. They were able to increase the width of the cabinet opening & create a new lower floor to increase the height of the opening. They did a great job with a difficult job that others can't do. This was the ONLY contractor who would give a quote up front, on a very standard garbage disposal install...(the two most heavily 5-starred plumbers gave me nothing but run around when I pressed them for a general price range and I even sent them photos to show what an easy job it would be.) Anyhow, Installation Pros have great customer service in returning calls, giving upfront information, and showing up when they said they would. I liked our installer, who did a fantastic job in about 15 minutes. The *only* thing preventing a full 5-star rating was the price seemed a little high for the amount of minutes spent on the job; it came out to cost just over ten bucks per minute. I waited two months to get my dishwasher from Lowes installed and working properly. The guy came out, messed up my kitchen plumbing and didn't install the dishwasher correctly. I asked Lowes to send someone else out to fix it. They said they would. Instead, into my house comes same guy while I was in the shower and starts videotaping my kitchen and saying into his phone that everything is working properly.
