I LOVE this place!!! This review is long overdue. I have been coming here since like 2018 when I lived down the street. They are so fast and quick with my oil changes. They even show me the level thing. The workers are all amazing and kind. They give me super dad vibes just helping me with my car troubles! I called ahead to ask about how much it would be. It was $39 even and when I pulled in it was very fast. They did my synthetic blend oil change on my Kia Soul really fast. My second time coming in for a oil change. First time was a lot quicker. They do a quick job of getting you in and out which I like. Yesterday however it took them a while longer. For my car I have a oil pan shield cover that has to be screwed in. Whoever did my oil change was having a hard time with it when done with my oil change. I could hear them tightening like crazy with a hand held drill. Didn't think much of it. Today on my way to work I hear something dragging underneath my car on the freeway and it sounded like metal grinding. I pull over to inspect it and I look under my car and notice that my the cover was halfway off. I noticed that all the holes that the screws are suppose to go into are cracked from over tightening. I also notice they didn't even put it back on properly. It's not too hard to put it back on but if you are having issues don't force it then over tighten with a drill. If you have a cover just make sure you inspect it when you get home to make sure it's put on correctly read more

Fastest service I've ever seen in my entire life. This was crazy. LOL I came in for my transmission fluids to be flushed and an oil change. They started on my car RIGHT away. Another car came for an oil change. In 3 minutes, the lady stayed in her car, and drove off. I was so confused. The owner said, "yes, good team work here." I'm entirely blown away at the quality and efficiency of this place. My transmission oil and full synthetic oil change was done in 9 minutes. When I found out the shop I regularly get my oil change done at had closed down due to COVID, I was stressin any finding another honest car mechanics. Thank goodness I found Insta Lube! I was literally in & out in 15 min for a synthetic oil change, from start to finish, though it felt shorter because the conversation with Chris was so much fun! I didn't even need to get out of my car, so totally COVID-appropriate. And when I asked about my brakes, they gave me the honest response that newer cars squeak when it's time to change the brakes. I wish I knew about this place years ago! Today was my 3rd visit to this place and I always leave happy and please. The first two times was for an oil change. I used to go to Pepboys or even sometimes Toyota to get my oil changed but wow what a shame I didn't know about this place since I started driving as a teenager. The wait at those places are atleast 3 hours... But here you're in and out within 10 mins tops for an oil change. Today I came back because my left highlight was almost out and it was empty. Came in to have them diagnose an oil leak that was happening. They were able to locate 2 slow oil leaks. They said repairs are to be done by dealership preferably that would be about 1500-2000 however they also said that since the leaks are so slow that we can jus check the oil every month and add a quart and even having the car for an additional 5 years it'll still be less than the repair itself. $35 to do the diagnostic check. They were super friendly from owner to staff. Would def recommend and come back if I was in the area! read more

I been coming there for a while, but one time the asian owner guy put the wrong engine motor oil in my car because he believed it would be better for my car. But I didn't realize that until I drove it home and that my engine was working harder than before. I went back and the owner guy went from being a nice friendly guy to very defensive.
