I love bringing my car here I have 2016 Hyundai Sonata and they always are affordable with pricing , they don't bullshit you and get straight to the nitty griddy. If your car doesnt need services yet they are straight up and tell you it doesn't , they don't ever try and take your cash for easy money . I love how honest they are and the owner is a sweetheart . I usually go to oil changes with them and recently got a tune up, I will definitely just be sticking to them for all my car needs . They don't just leave your Car parked and wait till your approaching to start working on it !! If they say 2 hrs believe me your car will be done in 2hrs or less !!! Found this place on Yelp because I didn't want to go to Jiffy Lube and get ripped off again. They gave me a great price for my synthetic oil change and they did it in less than 10 minutes. Make sure to ask for Chris. This is a great place to go if you live in the Hayward/Castro Valley area and don't want to pay $85+ for an oil change. It's been about 4 months later and I went a second time. Went for a full synthetic oil change and they showed me that my filter was really dirty, so they changed my oil and replaced the filter for less money than what Jiffy Lube would charge me for just an oil change. read more

I LOVE this place!!! This review is long overdue. I have been coming here since like 2018 when I lived down the street. They are so fast and quick with my oil changes. They even show me the level thing. The workers are all amazing and kind. They give me super dad vibes just helping me with my car troubles! I'm glad they also do brakes because my car is getting old and needs more TLC than before. They are very honest with me, never try doing anything crazy! Sigh yep! Love it here. My second time coming in for a oil change. First time was a lot quicker. They do a quick job of getting you in and out which I like. Yesterday however it took them a while longer. For my car I have a oil pan shield cover that has to be screwed in. Whoever did my oil change was having a hard time with it when done with my oil change. I could hear them tightening like crazy with a hand held drill. Didn't think much of it. Today on my way to work I hear something dragging underneath my car on the freeway and it sounded like metal grinding. I pull over to inspect it and I look under my car and notice that my the cover was halfway off. I noticed that all the holes that the screws are suppose to go into are cracked from over tightening. I also notice they didn't even put it back on properly. It's not too hard to put it back on but if you are having issues don't force it then over tighten with a drill. If you have a cover just make sure you inspect it when you get home to make sure it's put on correctly read more

We were hesitate to cause everything going on but I remember I had my oil change by my parents house in Hayward and we going visit them and we really needed oil change so we came here , haven't been for awhile because I live in San Francisco , this is the place decent price we bought out own oil and filters to change our oil it only cost $26 for a Honda pilot. Fastest service I've ever seen in my entire life. This was crazy. LOL I came in for my transmission fluids to be flushed and an oil change. They started on my car RIGHT away. Another car came for an oil change. In 3 minutes, the lady stayed in her car, and drove off. I was so confused. The owner said, "yes, good team work here." I'm entirely blown away at the quality and efficiency of this place. My transmission oil and full synthetic oil change was done in 9 minutes. I have been coming here for years for oil changes. They are reasonably priced, fast and trustworthy, plus as a bonus they provide great customer service. They also provide mechanical service and seem very knowledgeable. Today they replaced my battery and I'm thrilled to avoid the terrible customer service at Sears or PepBoys. I wish I knew about this place years ago! Today was my 3rd visit to this place and I always leave happy and please. The first two times was for an oil change. I used to go to Pepboys or even sometimes Toyota to get my oil changed but wow what a shame I didn't know about this place since I started driving as a teenager. The wait at those places are atleast 3 hours... But here you're in and out within 10 mins tops for an oil change. Today I came back because my left highlight was almost out and it was empty. Came in to have them diagnose an oil leak that was happening. They were able to locate 2 slow oil leaks. They said repairs are to be done by dealership preferably that would be about 1500-2000 however they also said that since the leaks are so slow that we can jus check the oil every month and add a quart and even having the car for an additional 5 years it'll still be less than the repair itself. $35 to do the diagnostic check. They were super friendly from owner to staff. Would def recommend and come back if I was in the area! read more

This place can go either way. The service is fast and okay priced. I been coming there for a while, but one time the asian owner guy put the wrong engine motor oil in my car because he believed it would be better for my car. But I didn't realize that until I drove it home and that my engine was working harder than before. I went back and the owner guy went from being a nice friendly guy to very defensive.
