I used to love this place for oil changes. I needed to do tuneups on one of my vehicles so I felt like after years of coming, being a loyal customer, them a family business, and so forth, that they can be trusted. Boy I was wrong. I told the owner what codes popped up on my vehicle. He said a tune up would suffice. I take it for a tune up, he said everything is good and no further issues. Him and his mechanic cleared the codes to rid of the check engine light. Then a few days later, the check engine light goes off and on. I come back and let the owner know. He said they can't check the car since the check engine light is off. Doesn't make an attempt. Doesn't allow a conversation with the mechanic. Sends me home. He then advised to come back the week after anytime, M-F at 8am-5pm. So the following week, check engine light goes off. I'm at work so I ask my relative to help out and bring it there. The owner does nothing to help and says he sent the mechanic home early. At this point I'm frustrated. This is about 3 weeks into the whole situation. Waiting, listening to the owners direction. All I'm trying to do is make sure my vehicle doesn't get in worse condition. On top of that, he tried to charge my relative more money for an inspection. I call the owner and ask him why is he trying to charge us to get the vehicle read for codes when this is the issue his mechanic sent me home with. Then claims that he didn't know it was for me and my vehicle. But it's the same car, with the same invoice (which btw is dated 2024, tuneup was conducted may 2025). We asked for a refund due to the fact that they didn't even resolve the issue for why we decided to take it there in the first place. Not only that. The owner advised if the codes still showed that he would guarantee to resolve the issue. Hasn't happened. My vehicle was still misfiring, you put any computer to it and it'll read the same codes. They literally sent me off without solving the problem, which in turn, can cause further issues/damage to the vehicle. I'll never come back to this place again. They do oil changes good. Don't come here for anything else. But after this incident, I can't trust them as a business or company. Especially as a long time customer. May I note, a good friend of mine took their vehicle to be diagnosed a couple weeks prior. They couldn't figure out the issue. Turns out they had transmission problems. read more

My car was due for an oil change and I heard that Insta Lube can do an oil change in 10 minutes, so I came here and put it to the test. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes! They are so quick and efficient and the customer service is great too. The oil change costs a total of $42 which is much cheaper than Oil Changers down the street. I came right before noon on a weekday and there was no line. They direct you to drive your car into their garage which has employees waiting and ready to go when the customers come. They fill out some paperwork and start working on the oil change right away. By the time I was signing my credit card for payment, it had only been 5 minutes and they were already half way done. After another 5 minutes, the employee showed me that the oil was clean and I was ready to go! I didn't have to leave my car at all. I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves a scathing review. First, don't know where the 5 star ratings are coming from. I recently decided to try this auto shop for a routine oil change in February due to the convenience and efficiency, paid for synthetic oil priced much cheaper than most places I've taken my car in the past. Then last month, my antiskid indicator turned on and the car's tires started locking and grinding. Brought my car in for a diagnostic, they apparently took apart the tires and didn't find any issues with the brakes and rotors. Said it's the antiskid service that needed servicing which only the dealer can take care of. Okay, fair enough so I my car into the dealership. Their diagnostic confirmed the obvious that the antiskid sensor needed replacement but also that my rear brakepads were at 3mm and the rotors were threadbare and required urgent service. They also noted the car needed oil service but failed to tell me that the oil (which I had just had serviced) was essentially fumes. That last part was identified by a third auto mechanic who was super honest about the actual services the car needed. Confirmed brakepad and rotor issue and that the oil was at a super low level. Which only means Insta Lube's too good to be true efficient and cheap service was NO service at all. They wave a bunch of fancy flags and keep you behind the wheel so that you can't see them not doing anything to your car. Or they like to take advantage of women drivers. Steer clear. You get what you pay for at Insta Lube which is essentially a bunch of hocus pocus. Be warned, your engine and life will and may suffer as a result of their negligence. read more

Wow what a pitstop! I had my entire service under 10 minutes and I was able to pull right in on a Tuesday morning at 10:00am. The crew helped me check my dashboard or any service notifications to reset and noticed I had my tire notification on. So they added air in my tires, reset my tire notification light and my oil change setting. I'm pretty busy and always on the go so I appreciated the speedy service and customer service. Insta Lube was fast and reliable! I needed a quick oil change before a long road trip and couldn't find any mechanics that could complete the job same day. The VW dealership, Jiffy Lube, and Firestone quoted me ~$100 for an oil change, which seemed a bit high to me. All three also told me it'd take 2-3 days to complete which also seemed kind of suspect. They gave me the choice to stand in front of my car while their mechanic changed the oil just in case I wanted to make sure the work they were doing was legit - it was.
