I've been going to Oil Changers in Hayward for quite some time now, and all times Lube Tech 10314 provided excellent service. The team is consistently efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which makes every visit quick and stress-free. What I really appreciate is that they do offer additional services if they notice something your car may need, but it's never pushy. They simply suggest it, explain it clearly, and leave the decision completely up to you--whether you want to take care of it right away or just add it for next time. I've been meaning to add a review. This is very disappointing considering I was coming from out of town and needed an oil change do to going into Reno. Keeping this short, the workers forgot to add screws to the shield pan or I believe it's called splash pan underneath my car. I've notice ot has been scrapping so when I looked underneath and the shield is hanging . This was I believe done purposely because I didn't want to add any additional cost asides what I was paying already. I will never go to any oil changers again. read more

We got here at 3pm and we were wondering why it was taking soo long... As there was only one person: Brian (i think i heard him say that) But even tho it was only him he took the time to wipe our window, pump our tires, showed us how to turn off the maintenance light. I really thought even tho he was the only person (not sure why) he took his time to provide us really great service and the last time we came here it was quick and they did it super fast with bad service. This has become by go-to place for an oil change. It's close to home, the line for service can change throughout the day so I can easily go drive by and ensure there's no line when I go. I currently have a 2022 hybrid and need an oil change twice a year. It runs me $100 with no coupon. What keeps me coming here though is Kaiser, the manager. He's efficient, friendly, funny and isn't pushy about up sales. read more

This was my first time at this Oil Changers location and I had a great experience. I got there around 8:45am and there was no line but by the time I left, there was a couple cars waiting. It was a rainy president's day and if I had to work in the cold and rain on president's day (that everyone should have off) then I would be very miserable. But John and Kaiser were laughing and cracking jokes the entire time I was there. They explained everything thoroughly about what they offer and what my car needs. They knew more about my car needs than I knew myself. They changed my oil and I was in and out of there in about 20-25 mins. The cost was on par with any oil change in the bay area. Things are just more expensive here which isn't anyone's fault. But I will definitely come back here! read more

Michael was very professional and went through all of my options. He was very friendly and completed the job fast! I was there for barely 20min ! Best value for oil changes. I like that oil changers let you sit in the car, unlike jiffy lube they always make it a huge deal. His manager was also very friendly and professional! I went on 2/23 around 11am. The manager reminded me about the high mileage oil topper, I would never remember to ask for it, glad he was able to help. I didn't catch his name, but he was coaching his team and was very involved.
