I have been coming here for at least 15 years Johnny and the staff are top notch Honest with great pricing and quick service read more

This was my first time coming here but I did so because my co-worker recommended Mission Tire because he has been coming here for years. I hate trying to find honest car spots for my car needs. I came all the way from Livermore because he said this place was worth it. Well, he was not wrong! It only took a little less than 2hrs for me to get a set of new tires and an alignment. The environment is comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with is so kind! They didn't mind that I set up my "office" in their waiting room so I can work while they did the job. There were some senior citizens waiting and the staff showed them so much respect and kneeled down to speak with them to show they were not just "customers" but, they are there to take care of them. That touched my heart. After my car was done, I was told that I get free tore rotations and that they can also do an oil change at the same time as it is recommended to do both at once to keep everything top notch. I will FOR SURE make the drive to Hayward to do that every 3,000 miles! If you need a reliable, honest, & quick place for your tire/car needs, this is the place! read more

Excellent pricing and good service from these guys!! They've done a ton of good work for my dad, so he encouraged me to bring my 2016 4Runner to these fellas. I'm glad I did. Not only did they beat my usual tire vendor (Americas Tire Co) by $600 cheaper, they worked a deal with me to swap my 20IN factory wheels for 17IN factory wheels. So not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got it $600 cheaper than Americas Tire Co. Needless to say when these AT's wear out, I'll be returning to this shop. And now, since they made it possible for me to have 17IN wheels, it will be SO MUCH easier to find tires and I'll have SO MANY options up to 32IN all terrain tires or mud terrain tires. Johnny and the guys here are hella cool, take your biz To them!! My old man, the Legendary Gary Cruz, Sr aka "Cruzmatic" worked his fingers to the bone for FORTY years at Gillig Bus Assemblyline. If ANYONE knows vehicles, my dad does, he's forgot more than I'll ever learn about cars. I'm glad I listened to him & came here. read more

Johnny is always a tremendous help and the team at Mission Tires truly cares about customer service. My dad (also Johnny) was there at least 3 times in the last 3 months thanks to a couple of flat tires on our Teslas. Most places charge an arm and a leg, but Mission Tires does an excellent job patching the tire for a more than fair price without waiting forever. Also, they don't just service tires. My sister took her Subaru in because the dash lights and door locks didn't work and they figured it out and fixed it for half the cost that Subaru was charging. read more

Juan and Johny are very trustworthy and honest. My wife and I took my Tesla model S there for some tire issues as they are one of the only shops in Hayward that repair Tesla tires. Juan did a courtesy inspection on the other tires and showed me how bold the inside was. Johny happen to over hear us speaking and offered us an excellent price on two tires that would have cost $200-$300 more anywhere else. Their attention to detail excellent service and prices are outstanding. A+++ tire shop !!! read more

Fourth time doing business here. Nothing short of great service. Fixed a tire with patch on the x5. Thanks Johnny I will be back.

Ripoff tire store especially against Tesla cars. I had a nail in my tire and I asked much to repair, manager says $25 so I agreed, then I said I have a Tesla, then manager charges $38 to repair because it's a Tesla. Absolutely ripoff. Employees were kind but manager was dishonest Never again this ripoff tire center. read more

Mission Tire - $25 to repair then changes to $38 to repair because it's a Tesla, dishonest tire shop - Tires Near Me - Hayward, California

This review is for the guy in black sunglasses at the front desk. I enquired about the tesla Michelin tires which they bought from tesla auction but can't be sold as new. I asked him few things since this is new to me. The guy is plain rude & have no idea now to talk to customers. He got offended when I asked him to confirm the tread with gauge. The shop is good & the prices are fair. The other guy who works there is super nice. Its just sad that due to one person, this business is getting bad name ! read more

Very professional establishment and the service was performed to my expectation. They can expect a returning customer.

Awesome experience today! I called around 9:00 asking if I could bring in my car for a set of new tires. I was told to bring it in and they'd take care of everything. Once there, I was given a few options. After I chose which ones, I dropped off my car and they went to work. My car was done about 90 minutes later! The best part was paying about $300 less than what I was getting quoted at the bigger tire shops in town. Highly recommend! read more

I don't do many reviews just a guy off the street wanting to let everyone know that Mission Tire is legit. This will be my 3rd time at mission tire and planning to keep coming back. These guys are awesome great service and great prices unlike the big corporate businesses that upsell you and sell you stuff you don't need or that your tires are to old to repair. They just want to get you back on the road and making the money they need to run a great business. We don't have family owned businesses like this around as much and it's great to find a place like this to support. Keep it up guys It shows!!! read more

Customer service was great and kind. They did a quality and fast job patching up my tire at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Brought in my car to remove a nail in my tire. Fast and professional. Highly recommend.

brought my ford explorer in for an inspection on my rear brakes and rotors. walked in and Juan helped me out. after inspection, he informed me about my rotors needing replacement asap. asked if they could do it today. mentioned he would send someone to pick up the parts and it could be ready by closing time. I decided to go ahead with the service. At about 3:30 pm I got the call that my truck was ready. He also mentioned that my front brakes would need attension but the brakes would still last me another 1 to 2 month. I will be coming back. the price was good too. San Leandro Ford was ready to charge me around 640 to get them done. At mission tire service I paid 395. I felt like they were professional when it comes to taking care of customer. highly recommended to anyone. read more
