I am also one of those people who had been ignoring my dashboard maintenance light and putting off a much-needed oil change, dreading having to go in - THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I went on a Friday morning on my husband's recommendation (he also gives 5 stars for an oil and transmission fluid change on our old van), only one other car ahead of me, and got seen immediately. In 30 mins and without leaving the car, they changed my synthetic oil, checked my fluids and lights, offered to check my tire pressure, and washed my window, while I chilled, answering texts and calls in my car. Big thanks to Sedrick, Alik, and especially Jorge for the honest and prompt customer service. I had a rear windshield wiper that I bought and Jorge very kindly taught me how to install it (though I bought the wrong one oops) - new life skill unlocked thanks to you, Jorge! Will be back in 5,000 miles - fast, easy & painless for car-maintenance phobic people like me! read more

Came in for an oil change that I'd been putting off for way too long (I know, I know... I shouldn't have ), but I'm so glad I finally did! This was the closest shop to me, and now I know I'll never go anywhere else. The whole experience was amazing. It's literally a drive-thru service you don't even have to get out of your car! The customer service is top-notch. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. My technician, Uriel, was incredibly kind and informative. He explained what my car needed without being pushy at all. Unlike some places I've been, I wasn't bombarded with a list of expensive services or talked down to. He simply gave me the information and let me decide, which I really appreciated. I paid about $140, which is around what I normally spend for an oil change, and I happily left a good tip because the service was that great. They also offer a free oil top-off before your next 3,000 miles, which is such a nice bonus! Highly recommend this place. They've definitely earned a loyal customer! read more

Jeremy and rodrigo did a great job to my car they do oil change, transmission oil and radiator coolant replacement now my car is running good. Thank you read more

Had to review for the service. Everyone here seems like a total sweetheart. I was helped by Anthony and Josh. Came for full service oil change $133 before discounts for my 2012 Prius. They did a full check on all my lights and tires. And they even checked my cabin filter. They didnt recommend any additional changes or anything with my cabin filters or claim anything was wrong w my car, which checks out since I mostly keep up with it. And that's a good sign that they're just helpful and honest. I could see the workers in the other bay laughing and being friendly with the customers and other workers. So it was just a nice vibe for a lunch break on a weekday. They also cleaned my windshield and replaced my wipers (as ordered). They even offered to help me install wipers if I got the from elsewhere read more

Jeremy is the best !I have been here multiple times and he went above and beyond and looked at the air cabin filter and changed it !Thank you Jeremy read more

Great people working here. Jeremy and his people informed me I didn't need an oil change and walked me through what my car needed instead and saved me money. I've been coming here for over a year and they've always done a great job; above and beyond. They know what they're doing and I'll for sure be back to get my regular services read more

Went in for my first oil change, and everyone was super nice! The customer service was great, and I was in and out quickly, just like I was hoping for. I highly recommend this oil change place! Great service and a great experience! read more

Kelly, why would I come back in the future if your shop required me getting my car towed? Because an apology won't replace my $196 splash guard and an apology won't pay the tow truck and an apology won't pay the time I missed from work while I stood on the highway. So? Maybe as a business try fixing your mistakes. Because when I went to other oil changers in the past I signed for the work and it's funny at this one they didn't ask me to sign any tablet or receipt so did they forge my signature? I'm sure if you compare my past visits you'll see the signatures on file don't match. If so, that's a bigger problem. I'm not surprised because on the receipt I got it said they did an inspection, cleaned my windshield, and who knows what else, NONE of that was done. So fraud? An offer to escalate this and correct it would have been better customer service. Seems like oil changers doesn't respond to the customer service emails and the voicemail says the customer service guy is on vacation until July. July 2027?? read more

I had my oil changed at a different business (big mistake), I talked to Anthony about what my car was doing. He told me to bring it in. He looked it over, found they disconnected my fan and had oil spilled everywhere. He connected the fan and cleaned up the oil mess. He also noticed my tire was low on air and filled it. He did all this for me and charged me nothing. Oil Changers, Anthony made you a customer for life. Thank you Anthony!!! read more

I've been coming here for years and I always appreciate the customer service. If they think my filters need to be changed they show me why. This last time they brought up an oil cleaner and when they checked they saw it was not needed. So I don't feel they are up-charging me for no reason. read more

Maybe I expect too much, but I went into the Hayward location and got service from an honest and ethical person for my car. No up-selling, I have been coming here for years. I came back with my daughter's car a week later( she also is a returning customer), but a different service person working on her car started recommending hundreds of dollars worth of services she now needs. What is included in the service we agreed to? Is it a part of the service to check brake lights, signals and tires? None of which were done. After visiting my mechanic and finding out my tires were dangerously defective and Oil Chargers did not warn me. There is a level of expectation of service. I am very disappointed in the experience. read more

Very good guys at this place. appreciate the way they take care of my vehicle here

George was stupendous! He was very helpful and honest about everything! I'm sometimes weary about some oil change places because they try to dupe you into getting and paying for services you don't necessarily need at the moment but George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will try and request him next time I need the oil change. Thank you George! read more

Super sweet guys there! Noticed my tire pressure light came on so I went in and asked if they could add air in. No hesitation. One of the guys even offered to clean my windshield! George, the owner, is great and his employees are wonderful. Thanks again, guys! read more

Get you in and right out ' great customer service , great sense of humor. The whole crew took care of me thank you guys.

Service member weird and suspicious.. Asking personal questions such as occupation and many more private questions that had "ABSOLUTELY"nothing to do with oil...i gave him all fake answers so he wouldnt ruin my car. Asking questions to rob and maybe rape you you later is the impression i got..creepy .. Made me very uncomfortable and i felt unsafe during my whole experience because of the personal interrogation. Making small talk is not asking personal questions to a customer. I will never return as i fell i was being set up . read more

Super kind, over-the-top helpful and patient crew! Other places might charge a little less than these guys, but the thoroughness they provide by checking EVERYTHING, the time you save, and the convenience is really worth it! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. Today my husband took in our car for an oil change. The car was perfectly fine before we took it in except for it needing an oil change. After it was completed and he left, the low oil pressure light turned on. Immediately a red flag. My husband took the car right back and then the workers here wanted to tell him that the oil filter housing cap was missing (It was not, the car was perfectly fine when we came in and I have the service record from DODGE that also says so) and HE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE (THEY TOLD US AFTER HE HAD TO COME BACK. DIDN'T EVEN TELL HIM DURNING). After he did and they replaced it, shocker the light was still on. Then they wanted to tell us the sensor for the low oil pressure was just bad. We didn't do this back and forth with them and went to a mechanic. The mechanic then told us the whole oil filter housing got messed up. Not to mention there was oil all over the engine bay. They did the oil change sloppy af and didn't even clean up after themselves. Then they had the audacity to make my husband pay for a part they messed up. And they had the nerve to give us a $7 discount. That's so laughable and a slap in the face. On top of all of this they still asked for a tip for a OIL CHANGE. This whole establishment is sketchy and unprofessional. So if want a $117 oil change (ridiculous price btw) beware it might turn into a $1,000 job. Never going here again and I advise others to do the same. I've never had problems with Walmart oil change and it $80 MAX. That's where I recommend! read more

Pulled over to have my oil changed staff friendly and knowledgeable. I will stop on my way home again.

Superior service and a dedication to helping you keep your car up to snuff! I'll see you gents again in 5000 miles. Thank you all again read more

I've been having my oil changed only here (1 car/ 1 truck) for years. They send out coupons for $10 off & if I forget to print they have always honored them seeing that I have been a customer for years. Today the person who waited on me would not which is the first time ever. So even though I've been a faithful customer which they can see from the records he wouldn't give me the discount. WOW- never going back. read more

First time here. I went in for a quick, last minute oil change and it was SUPER quick. The wait time was longer (due to the car in frront of me getting additional services) than the actual oil change. Rigo was professional and walked me through the whole process and Anthony did the oil change. read more
