Had to review for the service. Everyone here seems like a total sweetheart. I was helped by Anthony and Josh. Came for full service oil change $133 before discounts for my 2012 Prius. They did a full check on all my lights and tires. And they even checked my cabin filter. They didnt recommend any additional changes or anything with my cabin filters or claim anything was wrong w my car, which checks out since I mostly keep up with it. And that's a good sign that they're just helpful and honest. I could see the workers in the other bay laughing and being friendly with the customers and other workers. So it was just a nice vibe for a lunch break on a weekday. They also cleaned my windshield and replaced my wipers (as ordered). I'm sometimes weary about some oil change places because they try to dupe you into getting and paying for services you don't necessarily need at the moment but George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service member weird and suspicious.. Asking personal questions such as occupation and many more private questions that had "ABSOLUTELY"nothing to do with oil...i gave him all fake answers so he wouldnt ruin my car. Asking questions to rob and maybe rape you you later is the impression i got..creepy .. Made me very uncomfortable and i felt unsafe during my whole experience because of the personal interrogation. They send out coupons for $10 off & if I forget to print they have always honored them seeing that I have been a customer for years. Today the person who waited on me would not which is the first time ever. So even though I've been a faithful customer which they can see from the records he wouldn't give me the discount. I'm thankful for the service I received here. Raul has changed my opinion about Oil Changers. Oil Changers generally tend to be the same, you go in, they ask you about replacing everything and anything so your oil change turns into 5 different things and it's $250 for your 15 min oil change. If you decline all the other critical services, they don't say a word to you and they give you your total. Raul provided great service from the moment I came, he was communicative with the other staff and the process from start to finish. I'm sure it's like a training checklist of things they need/should be doing but I appreciate him vocalizing it AND actually doing it. And this was the FIRST time an Oil Changers rep (I was going to other locations until I moved to Hayward) checked my cabin air filter. And that thing was nasty as heck. Not just "Oh it should be see through you need to replace it" but really really bad. After replacing it, he even threw away trash that was in my glove department. My wife and I went here on Saturday (10/21). We weren't charged anything because an oil change wasn't needed. In fact, we were about 2,000 miles off. Lol. (I only drive the car about 12 times a month, and usually close to home.) A merger recently occurred, and so our information was already in the system (the oil change place that we normally go to in Union City either just closed, or is undergoing a name change). There was some confusion, and we were pretty embarrassed. The technicians, however, were friendly, and we received excellent customer service. The oil was topped off, the washer fluid was filled, and the tire pressure was checked. The filter was shown to us, and the windshield wipers were checked when my wife asked if they were sold. We were in and out in about 12 minutes (the customer who arrived earlier headed out a few minutes before we did). We thanked the main technician for being so honest and helpful. I was reading other reviews and couldn't agree more with the professional, respectful, and efficient service these guys gave. They were thorough and worked together well as a team (another vehicle pulled in at the same time) but that did not affect the attention and attitude they gave to us both. The business manager would be happy that they did in fact do some up selling and suggested other services. They weren't pushy when I declined some things at all, which to me is everything when it comes to customer service especially these days. We can only leave a 5-star review but my experience was a definite 10-out-of-10! Hell yeah crew!! Keep up the good work, your customers appreciate it! read more
