I'm still in shock/disbelief about how quick my oil change went! The whole process took less than 5 minutes! They don't even have to lift your car. You just drive your car over a ramp, & they have a floor below the street level ramp from which they can access your oil filter. The price was really reasonable too! Best oil change service ever! I pulled up and was greeted immediately by one of the staff and mentioned the price ($35) I was told over the phone for my 03 Jetta Turbo. The guy (sorry didn't catch his name) quickly checked my engine and drove it right in to be serviced. I sat for all of 5 mins if that, someone else came to get my information, 3 mins later I was told that my car was ready by Chris! He said he put his entire staff on it lol. These guys were fast. I came late after work at about 4PM and needed to get out fast to get other errands done. In, out and done within 10 minutes or less. The guys were all business and quite friendly. I will be coming back here for sure. Price was reasonable and comparable to other places I have been to but I think the service was quite fast. While they're working on that, someone else comes for the payment, and by the time he came back with the receipt someone came to show me the oil level. Very professional. Would definitely come back. Drove up and was waved in. I told them I was here for an oil change and off to work they got. I heard my oil filter be removed, and they checked my air filter, and filled my window washer fluid, nice. was all done in about 10 minutes. they mentioned water in my oil and that its not too bad but to keep an eye on it. i know exactly what this is from, hence the oil change, and i'm very happy they didn't push the "head gasket" thing that almost everyone else does as my head gasket is fine. Price is pretty cheap for synthetic oil. will be back for my next oil change! read more

But they did check my fluids and gave me a heads up that my brake fluid was low and how that can be an indicator for needing new brakes; but just a heads up, not you must do now (which is what most places would tell us) I definitely will be going back here!! read more

I came here on my 1 hr lunch break and I was out in just over 10 min! =D One of the guys ask if i was there on my lunch and when I told him I was he said he would get me out in time to get something to eat. My car ended up needing just a little bit more oil (hints why it was just over 10 min.) I was able to eat lunch and still got back to work with 15 min to spare. These guys are GREAT! Excellent service. Called them for a quote and it worked for me, drove down there 5 minutes later and they started working on my car instantly. two guys worked on changing the oil while one checked my tire pressure. He also noticed my check engine light on and checked it out for me and eventually turning it off after diagnosing the problem with his machine. Also noticed that one of my break lights were out and replaced it for free. One of the bad parts of getting your car worked on is having to drop it off and find other transportation to get home. However, these guys told me that if i ever need to drop off my car to get it worked on, they would drive me back to my destination when i drop my car off and then pick me up to get the car once its done. Brought my 2016 Kia Sorrento for an oil change and tire rotation that took no longer than 20 mins! They have a 10 man crew that immediately took us in and got to work. Side note...I called before hand and spoke to one of the gentleman to ask how long it would be and he advised me they would handle my vehicle upon arrival with no wait in line. He was a man of his word. They even showed me and my wife the dipstick after changing the oil to show us the oil is now clean and ready to go. They asked permission to touch, grab and inspect everything on my vehicle before taking any action. While waiting I spoke with Chris about this fine establishment they have and found out it is family owned. You can tell they really put their customers first and strive for your business. We are planning on coming back to get our cabin filter replaced since they didn't have it and are going to order one for us. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service! read more
