So imagine how excited I was to find a company that not only cooks meals for me but delivers them to my front door! Nirvana! :-) Its been 5 days now since my first delivery of meals and I've tried 5 different ones. I haven't had one yet that I didn't love. The food and spice are matched perfect for my taste. Absolutely delicious! And I need to mention that the meals are B-I-G!! I ordered 20 meals (a month's worth) and I weighed them before putting them in the freezer. Each one weighed over a pound, with the heaviest weighing in at 1 pound 14-1/2 ounces! Can you believe that! Those are HUGE portions, enough for 2 meals! I can't enough good things about the company. Give them a try, and maybe if you're like me (hard working, long hours) you'll love them too. :-) One word... my beef dishes cam cooked "rare" so if you like the meat cooked longer make sure to tell them in the comments section of the cart.

I have to say, my husband and I are VERY pleased and have gone past our one week "trial run" and are now entering our third week. First, I feel like I spend wayyyy more money than this at Whole Foods every week, and only get a few meals out of it. Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too. Sometimes for lunch we will even split a container in half and be fine (and we get more meals out of it!)

The ranch that came with the pickles was very good too and packed a punch! The burger was great as well and not super overwhelming which can happen with some of those off the wall burgers. It was a decent amount of mac n cheese on top but not to the point where it was spewing all over the place. The bun was nicely buttered too! Turned on the tv to watch Guy's Grocery Games while I dive into my burger and I'm instantly in Flavortown! The burger is delicious! It is packed with yummy goodness. The burger patty is perfectly seasoned and paired with al dente mac n cheese and crispy onions. Everything you'd want in between two burger buns is here. The butter brioche was my favorite- light and pillowy but hearty enough to hold in all the burger goodness. This is guilty pleasure, indeed. That's just not true but I understand the frustration that led to a misunderstanding. I know the owner/chef was busy and working to try improve their marketing, ordering app, and communications. It's a small business so you just have to contact her directly if there is an issue and she will take care of it. I did that every time and I was patient because I want this good cooking to last to feed my family. Seems like great people. I've spoken to her and met the staff who deliver food to my house.
