The cookies were warm, soft and freshly baked with the perfect gooey center. service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fast, even though it was busy. It's a great go to in Westwood when you're craving something sweet after dinner or a night out. Price point is a bit high but it's in Westwood so what do you expect? They're the perfect sweetness and size, and if sharing the deluxe is definitely enough for two. However their wide variety of flavors and holiday specials definitely make for trying a new flavor each time. Heard about this place and decided to drop by. Aylin assisted us. Really nice and she explained how the company is more College focused. As in their locations are more college based. Pretty interesting. They have classic and deluxe sets of cookies. All of them look good. They also have their own brand of ice cream. We ordered the classic 6 pack of cookies. You can choose any of the classics. We decided on chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, double chocolate mint, double chocolate chunk, sugar, and classic m&m's. Each cookie has their own section of ingredients on the website. Great for searching info about food allergies! On to the cookies. I will say, like us, definitely eat them fresh on your first try so you can have the full experience. The double mint chocolate chunk is chocolatey with a hint of mint. The mint flavor does not overwhelm the cookie. The sugar cookie was delicious and buttery. Not too sweet. Oatmeal was warm and sweet. Chocolate chunk is amazing. I didn't realize the mistake until the delivery guy tried to deliver the cookies to the wrong address, and my friends weren't getting them. I freaked out and called the store, and this super sweet rep answered. She listened to my whole story, apologized for the inconvenience, and told me she'd fix it ASAP. She tracked down the delivery guy and rerouted the cookies to the correct address. Not only that, she threw in a few extra cookies because she knew how stressful the situation was. Both my partner and I said hello with no response, and it wasn't until the worker came out to fulfill an online order that we were greeted. There was also another person waiting to order as well. From there, we asked for a brownie with 2 scoops. They were sold out of all the brownies - ISSUE #2. Then for the ice cream, they were out of 4 of the 8 flavors - ISSUE #3 We made adjustments to getting a deluxe cookie and 2 scoops of what they had left. When we went to pay, my partner wanted to pay with 50 dollar bill which was in alignment with the policy posted on the window by the cash register "no bills exceeding $100." The worker declined the payment and said we don't accept bills $50 or $100 - ISSUE #4. Once we paid, we were given what we ordered, but given to us as an eat in order, but we needed it to go - ISSUE #5. By the time, we received the order there were 4+ customers waiting in line and we were unable to ask for the change. My last issue, there was only 1 person working at a busy time, but there was another person in the back. All in all, if you go at the late hour of 11pm (2 hours before they close), they might be sold out of what you want in addition to having poor customer service. Next time, I'll be sure to get my desserts somewhere else - Diddy Riese or The Corner Bakery. read more

I ordered a birthday cookie/ice cream delivery for my daughter for a 8:00pm delivery. I was not advised that outside of 2 miles from the IC location, a DoorDash driver would be used. Delivery was picked up by that driver at 7:24pm, and arrived at 8:55pm - causing my daughter and friends to miss her birthday dinner. The driver did not follow directions and my daughter had to run across her college campus to finally find him - he was incredibly rude, didn't speak English, and shoved her food at her. Cookies were cold, ice cream was a mess. I spoke with a kind manager, and she admitted that all she could do was refund the driver's tip - and that they no longer have a central Customer Service, so I now have to dispute this with my credit card company.
