a display of cookies on a table

I heard some good things about this place, so I decided to give it a try during my visit. It was a small establishment, and it didn't have anyone inside, so I was able to get the cookies pretty fast. The guy seemed tired that we talked with but got our order done. They also had ice cream too but I didn't try it (good option though for hot summer). The cookies were definitely soft and chewy. I didn't mind the vegan confetti cookie and mint one. Other cookies were alright. I do wish they were cooked a bit more, but more my preference. It's not a bad place to give a try but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

We had a late night sweet tooth and have been eyeing Insomnia for a while. I love a good cookie and I'm so pleased to say that Insomnia did not disappoint at all. There was a bit of a crowd but the service was quick and friendly. We had the classic 6 pack with a sugar, chocolate chunk, classic with m&m and 3 snickerdoodle. I normally don't even like chocolate chunk cookies but every single cookie was good, especially the chocolate chunk. They were warm, the chocolate was gooey, I have no complaints at all.

These are some of the best Vegan cookies I have ever had. The balance was oerfect you taste the salt, butter, etc but the balance is perfect.

I don't understand the low rating. I ordered their cookies on ubereats and they were so warm and soft upon delivery! My favorites were the chocolate chip and the mint chocolate. The chocolate was literally melting when I tore the cookie apart, amazing. They definitely stayed soft for the next few days. You can microwave them if you want some melting chocolate.

oh insomnia cookies, how i have dismissed you for far too long. after trying too-sweet and too-over the top cookies at crumbl and other copycat places, i was not expecting much, even when my friends spoke highly of insomnia. we got a wide variety of regular and deluxe cookies. the brookie and triple chocolate chunk were my absolute favorites, while i thought the chocolate peanut butter cup was just okay. insomnia cookies (especially the deluxe ones) are quite pricey but are great for a fun chocolatey treat every once in a while.

Yasmeen is the best. Her customer service is stellar!!! Me and Granny stopping by Insomnia for a late night cookie session(ice cream). Excellent service once again by Yasmeen. Give her a raise please!

One of the better cookie delivery places in my opinion. They are not as sickly sweet as crumble - which I personally prefer. I also think they are better than Tiff's Treats as well. Double chocolate mint is my favorite flavor, the classic chocolate chip is also a solid choice. While they are definitely overpriced for what it is, and their delivery system is not the best (long wait times, or saying it "delivered" when in reality it shows up 20 minutes after that) it is the best delivery cookie I've had.

Saved the gluten free birthday girl!!!! I showed up to the party w regular cupcakes only to find out the birthday girl was gluten intolerant! So I was able to place an order at 10PM on SUNDAY evening for 2 dozen gluten free cookies!! Easy to order, quick delivery and we loved the little delivery feature where it shows the driver on the move! Spectacular and will be order g in the future! 10/10 highly recommend

Insomnia's valentine's day menu is bussin. I would usually never pay more than a dollar for a cookie, but I'm a sucker for anything strawberry flavored. The strawberry chocolate chip cookie was pretty sweet, but yummy.

While they were out of the peanut butter cookies when I arrived (granted it was after 7:30), I'd still say they're a 5/5 cookie spot. The service was splendid, easy-ish parking and the cookies that I did have, were phenomenal. Gimme S'Mo!

Best cookie delivery in Austin! I recently decided to try insomnia cookies on ubereats for my late night sweet cravings and it was the best decision ever! Tiffs treats can be a tad too salty sometimes and the baked bear is not chewy enough. The chocolate chunk cookies and salty caramel was just the perfect blend of sweetness and chewiness. The cookies runs from $2.50 to $4.25 but totally worth it especially when you don't want to take the trouble to bake a ton of cookies and get fat.

Had to leave a review because I am craving these cookies a week later. I tried the s'mores, oatmeal chocolate walnut, triple chocolate, and chocolate chunk brookie. They were all really good!! My favorites were the s'mores and oatmeal chocolate walnut.

Between the three of us, there was a little bit of everything--from classic comfort flavors to things I never thought would work in ice cream but somehow absolutely did. (Don't mind the F, E, D--that's just to remind me who ordered what). Roasted Beets & Fresh Mint (F, E) - the absolute winner of the night and my #1 flavor. I never thought I'd describe an ice cream as refreshing in the way a sorbet is, but somehow this pulled it off while staying rich and creamy. Delicious, subtly minty, unbelievably smooth, and surprisingly refreshing. The beet flavor was mild enough that it didn't taste earthy or overpowering--just mellow and creamy, while the mint made all the difference in brightening everything up. I genuinely never had such a refreshing ice cream that wasn't sorbet. Such a unique flavor that somehow works perfectly, and absolutely something I'd get again. GOAT Cheese, Thyme, and Honey (E, D) - my #2 and a complete 100% hit. Tangy, creamy, slightly savory, sweet, and incredibly unique while still tasting approachable. It somehow tastes exactly like the name promises without feeling too "out there." If you're nervous about goat cheese, trust me and try it. Easily an instant reorder. Dark Chocolate, Olive Oil & Sea Salt (E, D) - rounding out my top three. Such a good balance against the sweetness of the rest of the ice cream options. Rich, deep chocolate flavor without becoming overwhelming, while the olive oil and sea salt round everything out and keep it from tasting too sugary. A flavor I appreciated more and more between bites of sweeter scoops. Hill Country Honey & Vanilla Bean (E) - one of the smoothest vanilla bean ice creams I've had. It reminded me of a traditional ice milk soft serve in the best way possible: creamy, nostalgic, and incredibly easy to eat. A deceptively simple flavor done really well. Very Strawberry (F) - a clean strawberry flavor that leaned a little artificial, but honestly? Still really good. Bright, fruity, and easy to enjoy. Cookies & Cream (F) - this one hit HARD when you got a full spoonful. I never liked cookies & cream before this, but this one genuinely changed my mind. Probably the only cookies & cream I would willingly eat. Chocolate Chocolate (F) - love chocolate? Get this. That's all you need to know. Coffee & Cream (D) - oooh. This immediately reminded me of a keto coffee ice cream I had once and really enjoyed. Rich coffee flavor without tasting too bitter or overpowering--would absolutely get this again. Sweet Cream w. Strawberry (D) - unfortunately, a miss for me compared to the others. Too creamy for me and not enough strawberry flavor to justify choosing it over the Very Strawberry. Overall, the adventurous flavors completely stole the show here. My tier list by far: 1) Roasted Beets & Fresh Mint, 2) GOAT Cheese, Thyme, and Honey, and 3) Dark Chocolate, Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Unique flavors that actually feel intentional rather than gimmicky, and all three are instant repeat orders for me. Atmosphere-wise, the place was pleasant, parking was surprisingly easy, and while it wasn't overwhelmingly crowded, the place is definitely more popular than it first appears. I never thought I'd be a fan of Americanized ice cream--usually it's way too sweet for me--but Lick completely proved me wrong. Somehow, the flavors felt balanced, intentional, and actually let the ingredients shine without drowning me in sugar. Touché, Lick. Dangerous spot for indecisive people because suddenly you're convincing yourself that yes, maybe you do need another scoop.

Quite busy at 8:15PM on a Sunday! About ten people ahead of us and only two people working so it took about 10-15mins with people asking for samples and such. While we were there, it was always a packed line so it definitely gets really busy from 8-9PM! We got three larges for a total of twelve flavors, a little bit of overlap: Mine: Dark Chocolate Olive Oil and Sea Salt - Really liked this, the bitter saltiness offset the creaminess really well. Coffee with Cream - A very light but roasty coffee, like a light coffee. I liked this!; Goat Cheese, Thyme and Honey - The herbal flavor is more subtle than I expected! Not too sweet, liked this one Sweet Cream & Strawberry - this one didn't stand out much to me Others: Roasted Beets and Fresh Mint - I really liked this one! The beets and mint hit on the back of your tongue, yum Chocolate Chocolate - Very intense chocolate, not too crazy about it though Cookies & Cream - Surprisingly good! I liked this one Very Strawberry - way more strawberry than the sweet cream. I'd recommend this over the sweet cream and strawberry Hill Country Honey & Vanilla Bean - Pretty light, a classic. Thought it was okay. If I had a tier list it would be: 1) Coffee with Cream 2) Goat Cheese 3) Dark Chocolate Olive Oil 4) Roasted Beets and Mint 5) Cookies & Cream 6) Very Strawberry 7) Vanilla Bean 8) Chocolate Chocolate 9) Sweet Cream & Strawberry Overall, a few hits, a few misses, but it was a fun tasting experience. We paid via inKind with no issues, which made it a pretty solid value.

A milestone. A monument. A celebration of a man whose legend looms over Austin like a slightly tipsy bat. Nate Gardog & Co bravely ordered what was advertised as an Oreo cake meant to serve 4-5 humans. What arrived, however, was not a cake. It was not even a mini-cake. It was... a cupcake wearing platform shoes. A baked good masquerading as something it clearly was not. The bag was on us, literally and spiritually. Shane--who, need I remind you, is an Austin icon, a man whose culinary preferences are practically carved into the walls of Barton Springs--was forced to confront this fraudulent pastry. And let me tell you: no man deserves this. Not at 38. Not ever. If the staff at Amy's were the true clairvoyants we believed them to be, they would have inherently known Shane's one, true, universal flavor: Funfetti. Classic. Chaotic. Confetti for the soul. Yet here we stood. Funfetti-less. Candle-less. Hope-less. As the final insult, there were no candles. Not even a sad, melted tea light from the back. Nothing to blow out except disappointment. In conclusion: the vibes were off, the cake was tiny, and Shane--our dear, beloved Shane--deserved better.

There's a good variety of flavors and things they serve from italian ice to ice cream and shakes. We opted for a strawberry italian ice with condensed milk on top. From the first bite we were in heaven. The flavor is very thorough which is not always the case for Italian ices where it can sometimes be a bit muted. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.
