During this facial, as always, Ela explains what she's using and why she's using it which I always find great as I like to learn more about care for my specific skin type. She point blank refused saying " I can see significant reducing in hair volume" and " the treatment has worked" and " we do not take any responsibility if it didn't work anyway given our clause". I can't believe how someone in the service industry care so little about their clients. I don't think working with me for 1-2 sessions given I am a long time client would have hurt their business and yet they don't want to take any action. So many people here have commented that they have a good painless laser machine, however I would much rather want to go for a treatment where I can see some results if I am investing so much time and money. Thoroughly disappointed and would never want anyone to go there for laser , particularly on big areas like arms and legs. May be for chin or underarms it will be okay. Her estheticians do not know what they are doing except minting money. I will take it up with BBB ( not sure they are listed there) and file a customer compliant next.
