Beware he used to be good but not anymore. Just like them all. Once they get to many customers they start cutting corners more like solutions. I've been using him for the last 6 years on both of my homes in PS. Intill this last year. When I would call all he wanted to do is sell you his monthly subscription. People do not understand loyalty or customer service. He came to my house for treatment on June 04 for ants in side and outside. When I came back 2 weeks later I saw ants in the backyard near the house. He told me since it's been 30 days I won't change you the $120 for each time. I came back again 3 weeks later to see more aunts inside. When I told him to come treat it. Again his pitch was you could get monthly service or the one time fee again. I told him is one area. He then suggested his friends number. This is the kind of person he is. Very cold and no customer service after 6 years. read more

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Okay, So living in the Desert from Orange County there are different Insects we All have to deal with. Noticed just recently, these Freakish looking Cockroaches crawling up from drains in both bathroom shower's to other PVC piping in my home. Caught 2 of these subterranean roaches in my Vacuum cleaner LOL! Phoned INSECTO Pest Control & spoke to Owner Oscar. He knew Exactly what I was talking about. Oscar came to the rescue. We had a Roof Rat issue and Oscar was professional, on time, and the follow up amazing. He fixed so many things around our house and roof that may have been an issue with entrance points. He even did a little landscaping to remove branches from palm trees and other trees that the rats were using to climb up to our roof. And fixed our screens and roof tile that fell off and never charged us extra. He is a hard worker, honest, and we will continue to use his service for our insect spraying and rodent issues.
